Stay was avrage, small property, only for monsoon

1) Dirty Pool water (white dots of all over water in the pool) 2) Obnoxius price of so called Chargeable Games facility - bowling ally 800 per game, etc. 3) After spending 12k, only good part is - very courteous staff, radisson blu tag, very tasty breakfast. Recreation is a nothing.

Our stay was a very pleasant one. I would like to thank the house keeping team for making our anniversary special and the chef for a wonderful cake. I would recommend this property to the people who are looking for a comfortable stay after their hectic routine, the staff will literally take care of everything. It felt like my mother’s home to me. It was amazing experience staying at Radisson blu karjat. I stayed for 2days for my 2nd Anniversary. Special mention to Mr Vivek from Palm Restaurant who made my day memorable. With great attention to detail and helping attitude. Really appreciate it. Thanks!

Hospitality is very great. Service provided by Mr Nilesh and his colleagues was just upright. Food was also good and the breakfast spread was awesome. The property is well maintained and hygienic and very scenic.. Great place to have relaxed and chill gateway!

The best experience we had so far. The service, hospitality made us feel so comfortable. The food and the restaurants were top notch. Thanks for making us relax and enjoy our vacation. We took the 2 bedroom villa for 2 nights. The positives: Spacious Clean Well equipped The negatives: Outsides are not well maintained Villa interiors are basic, not luxurious. They are outdated Highly Overpriced given the interiors and exteriors Rooms at the resort are much better Villas are away from the rooms The electricity of only our villa went off in the middle on the night at 2am. With a small child and 2 senior citizens in the peak of summer this was highly inconvenient. However, the technicians arrived in 5mins and fixed the issue , it took them an hour approx. The biggest disappointment was that the main pool was given away to a wedding. They built a ramp in the middle of the pool for the ceremony and so the other residents couldn’t access the pool for 3 days. They made a HUGE mess, with flower petals, wood, nails, murky water due to that ramp. The hotel should have informed us that the pool will be inaccessible. They charged us for it in the room rate obviously. Travelling with family in the peak of summer, spending time at the pool was a big part of our plan. They told us to use a dingy small pool at the back of the resort instead. But we got even more irritated because the water was so murky that we couldn’t see the bottom of it. Highly disappointed. Any other five star hotel chain would never do this especially on a weekend in summer. When we communicated our disappointment to the manager about the electricity and pool issue, he all but gave us a discount of ₹500. Food is great, service is overall good. Fun park was fun but games are overpriced. Would we visit again? Yes, but won’t stay in the outdated and neglected villas and will most definitely ask if the pool is accessible during our dates.

We wanted to have staycation at the place that would give us a needed relaxation with a needed break and we are very happy we selected this place as it’s self sufficient resort with things for all age group, special thank you to staff , Kalpana didi and Puja for taking care of our requests in a amazing way. Special thank you for the little surprise cake arrangements for husbands birthday. breakfast and dinner buffet is huge with multiple options. But try place even on hot summer days as well well, we spender three days without moving out of the property. A Big thank you to staff again.

We’ve been to multiple Radisson Blu properties but the food at this one was particularly exquisite. And I believe part of the pleasure was because of the smiling faces of staff- Nazma, Sakshi, Ashish, Chef Mayuri, Vishal, Sagar, Ranjan, Mandeep- to name a few, always made sure we were always comfortable. We look forward to coming back and enjoying the delicious food and the relaxing amenities again.

Beautiful resort. They’re under slight renovation but it did not inconvenience us. Our room from the main drop off were quite a distance away and housekeeping takes a while to respond. Overall very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and shout out to breakfast staff Ms Dolly, Mr Prashant, Gopinath and Nazma for their amazing service.

It was awesome place, had food and great time with Gopinath, Nangto, Vivek, Wonchi, they treat me like celebraty on my birthday they celebrate my birthday specially, took care of my babies while having a lunch, cut the cake and they made my day special.... Thanks Radisson blu, thanks team!

The establishment is of high quality, albeit slightly expensive. However, the cost is justified by the exceptional service provided by the staff and the breathtaking views from the room and the captivating pool. I would like to express my gratitude to Mukunda and Vishal from the restaurant, who not only secured excellent seating for us but also demonstrated exceptional care, respect, and attention to detail.
