Seda Vertis North Reviews

The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits, coffee and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. We would come back to this hotel over and over, as it made our five days stay extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10. ❤️❤️❤️

We arrived a little earlier than the booking time for us to have time for parking and we were able to check in early. The staff was accommodating but not so much, maybe I was expecting a warmer welcome since the hotel is considered a 5 star. It would be better if they had more staff to assist guests as they came through the door. As for our whole stay, everything was good. We were able to enjoy the spacious room and the nice bed, the swimming pool, and the playground. The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices but the flavor of some of the food could be improved. We look forward to staying here again.

An ofw na makasama si mom ko sa birthday staycation bago ung flight ko. Thought like other hotels my pa surprise when it’s your bday, wala pala 😂. The breakfast was great.

Had an overnight stay in Seda Vertis North and I would say that we were very satisfied. Staffs are friendly, accommodating and very approachable. Buffet breakfast is superb!! We will definitely comeback 😍

A relaxing stay. With accommodating staff at the club executive lounge. Food was good . Food and drink at the straight up is good but a bit pricey

Although the lace was ansolutely superb and first class we arrived at about 9 pm due the plane delayed and traffic to my surprise our room was still noisy t ready and the hotel was fairly quite and considering I have managed hotels amin Boracay Island I was surprise that this would happen!! They offered a late checkout but was not advantageous for us as we had an early pick up arranged!! Breakfast and service was absolutely fantastic and the ladies who served us was just so focused with great service. We enjoyed and appreciated this so much. Thank you ladies!!

Friendly staff, clean room, nice food. We celebrate my son birhtday at Seda and they also have a complimentary cake for my Son. My family had a great experience and will definitely come back.

The service is incredible the staff are very helpful and parking is free for customers that are checked in the hotel there is also a bar on the roof top and a mall beside everything is within reach food, work and hotel

Staff were polite, professional, and attentive. Check in and out were easy. Room was spacious and AC was cold. Breakfast buffet was awesome! We will definitely stay there again if we need a place in the northern area of the metro. The room looks the same as the photo (ctto).

Nice place

Checking in was a breeze as it was done at the reception on the Club floor. The reception staff were excellent in helping me to check in seamlessly and arrange for my luggage to be sent to the corner suite that I booked for my stay. The suite was large and the furnishings were fairly new. The bedroom especially was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a separate toilet cubicle and shower stall aside from a bathtub. It even had a walk in wardrobe. It was also tidy and clean. Furthermore, the reception staff on the club floor were excellent and attended to all my needs and accomodated my requests throughout my stay. The hotel is in a bit of a secluded location but it is convenient as it adjoins a small mall. The only negative was that the view from my suite was not exactly pleasant as it overlooked an impoverished neighborhood amidst the upcoming tower blocks of apartments and offices in the area. On the whole, I was very satisfied with my stay and will be returning to the hotel upon my return to Manila in the following month or two.

Was kept awake from 11pm to 2am due to floor above mine was banging and dragging furniture non stop, despite making 2 phone calls to front desk to complain about the disturbance.
