Too bad pool is under construction when we checked-in. The aircon is not working well but they provided 2 electric fans.

cozy and nice location

we stay here for 5 days. no available customer service after 9pm. room is nasty, towels are dirty, bathroom is not cleaned worst is NO WATER HEATER requested many times to fixed it service is sucks! i don’t nt understand why it was rated for 4 star? beware people do not stay to the place that no housekeeping service, no water heater, no front desk after 9pm, and have a nasty towels and bathroom don’t book here save your penny!

FYI, this hotel has a mandatory 1,500 PHP security deposit at check in. It was in a really nice location, was able to be in the smack middle of good spots. Everything felt premium and the room was spacious w/ balconies and the staff were so nice. One thing though, our room’s ac was a bit weak. We put it to the lowest setting but it doesn’t stay in that temperature all the time. It does get cold, but just be prepared for the temperature to go up once in a while. That’s why 4/5 for services and amenities.

Thanks to the lady for her warm service. The upgraded room is large, quiet and comfortable. The decoration is also modern, clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. It is a very good stay experience and I will come again next time.

It's an older hotel. I stayed there many years ago. It's very convenient to travel and is close to the MRT station. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool. Many local people come here to travel and stay here!

The rooms are so dirty full of dust even the curtains..no assurance of parking lot..irresponsible staff and management

This was my second stay at La Breza, it is in a good location for what I wanted to do. Reception was fine, I did not book for breakfast as I knew its limitations. The room was large with very satisfactory beds. It was basic, there was no shelving for clothes as an example. The biggest issue was the weakness of the internet, several of the websites I tried to connect with would not do so as the internet was deemed by them to be unsafe, as indeed was my work computer which refused to connect.

Not adequate parking space for hotel guests. I requested change of beddings in the morning to come back at night that my room was just as i left it in the morning

An old classic hotel which I love so much because it has a big space and old style of warm accomodation style. I am a traveller and nothing beats old hosting and big spaces rooms. Thank you for maintaining an excellent service.

Superb service all around. Friendly staff, prompt house keeping and room service. Overall condition of the hotel is aging, the wear and tell over years.
