Choose somewhere else to stay in this lovely town. Unfortunately, this hotel just doesn’t measure up in many ways. Even though I sent an email and received a reply on the day that we flew to Queretaro our flight was delayed even further, and we arrived at 2 AM to find out they had canceled our reservation. Luckily it was not a problem because they had one room. The room was fine but not as luxurious as pictures would appear. In addition, we took cold showers the first day before, the problem was fixed. The second night we tried to use the TV and it was broken. Absolutely no compensation was offered for any of this, except for cocktails which we had already had in the morning we asked them to pay for the cocktails or otherwise offer a partial refund and all was refused. The very young staff was extremely kind and helpful but unfortunately they were powerless to do anything to help. We also had the worst service of a nine day trip at the beautiful courtyard restaurant. Our waitress was very rude when she found out, we didn’t speak Spanish, and the food really wasn’t very good. the following, we walked 20 steps across the street and had a beautiful breakfast with amazing service.

Great atmosphere brilliant rooms attentive people at an ok price. Location is great for walking around the historic centre. Lots of restaurants nearby or just sit in the squares and enjoy. The valet parking worked well with no delays. Will return.

Great atmosphere in old hacienda style hotel. Very large and cozy rooms. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly but everything goes in a bit slow pace. Location right in the middle of the historic center of Queretaro and safe to walk around also in the evening

This hotel certainly exceeded my expectations. I chose it from a long list of hotels online, but the photos don't do it justice. My second-floor room cost only about $77, but it was more like a suite. It had a large living area and large king bed under what must have been a 15-foot-high ceiling. Plenty of lighting options and charging outlets in the room, and the bathroom was also large with a lot of storage space. Outside, the hotel is right across the street from a popular plaza and open-air cafes. Shopping, restaurants and historic buildings are in every direction. Basically you will be in the heart of the city's centro historico.

Best choice for central location on one of the main town squares near all and very safe. The hotel is in a stunning historic building but rooms are modern, elegant, clean. You will have every service from Inaki & his terrific Team. So Lovely!!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful old building, right on one of the main squares of the historic section of Queretaro. While the front desk staff was great, housekeeping did a very mediocre job, the gorgeous bathroom flooded because no one had bothered to clean the drain in the shower, there weren't enough towels, and the toilet wasn't that clean. The pool and the library are gorgeous, they just have to up the service to make this into a terrific hotel.

Once I heard menudo was part of the breakfast buffet I knew this was the place. Some of the best menudo I've had, and so much more. Veggies galore, but can't take away from the carnitas and the on the spot omelets. However above and bey9nd is the service. Hugo and team do all they can to make your visit enjoyable and worthy of praise.

El hotel es bonito, pero tenga mucho cuidado; aquí parece que hay robos. Se distrae un momento y le van a hacer cargos extras. Al pagar mi cuenta, la señorita pasó la tarjeta para los cargos "extras". Según ella, la tarjeta no funcionó, aunque le comenté que en mi aplicación apareció como cargado. Dijo que en unas horas se borraría y volvió a hacer el cargo. Resulta que ambos cargos se efectuaron. Ya hablé con recepción y contabilidad, les expliqué lo sucedido, les mostré los estados de cuenta y se niegan a devolverme el dinero. Ahórrese el mal rato, evite este hotel y busque otra opción; hay muchas ofertas.

Acudí por que Chucho el roto estaba saturado, en recepción me ofrecieron pasar a ver el bufet y me convencieron los platillos, el SERVICIO era un CAOS, poco personal, te atendía el que pasaba cerca de tu mesa y le gritabas. Ahora entiendo porque estaba vacío. El sistema se les “cayó” me llevaron un ticket por 2 desayunos, amablemente les indique : fueron 5 de adulto y 1 de niño, erróneamente confié en el capitán que me llevo el ticket y pague sin revisar (me cobraron de mas) el problema no es el cobro (en todo caso es mi culpa por honesto y confiado) El problema es que ha pasado una semana y nadie me puede enviar la factura de mi consumo. Me dan pretextos ESTUPIDOS argumentando que mi factura esta siendo elaborada por CORPORATIVO, como si elaborar una factura fuera una tarea CIENTÍFICA. Tengo evidencias de todo con screen shot de whatsapp.
