Queenstown Motel Apartments Reviews

Very good. The only thing that let it down was the lack of air conditioning. The reception staff were very accommodating. There are still road works outside but they don't cause any noise. It was very peaceful at night.

The location of the hotel was originally good, but the road construction in front of the hotel is currently making it dirty and inconvenient. The room is generally good. It is enough for a family of three. It is relatively clean and tidy. It has a small balcony and can be used for cooking. We made a hot pot, 👍

The room and bathroom are comfortable and have a small kitchen where you can cook. It's a ten-minute walk to Queenstown street, and there's a bus stop next to the hotel.

When I went there, there was road construction outside and I had to take a detour to the hotel. The location was average and it took about ten minutes to walk to the town. The service and room were clean and the room had a terrace.

The road was being built in front of the hotel, so I went around a circle to find the entrance. The room was a bit small, but neat and clean. It was good as a temporary place to stay.

The service is very good and the facilities are complete. The view across the street is nice, and it's very close to the bus station. However, the road is being built at the entrance, so we need to take a detour for the time being. Hope to stay again.

Comfortable & convenient. Only detractor, which was out of the apartments control, was the noise from the current roadworks.

Roadworks at the only entrance to the property that have been ongoing for months. The night we stayed they were literally digging up the road at the entrance with trucks coming and going and heavy machinery ripping up the road. Had we been advised earlier we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. We were not the only unimpressed guests. To be fair, had it not been for the roadworks the location is excellent and the rooms are spacious and very well presented.

The rooms were nice and they were roomy. The bed was comfortable. The bus stop was close by for trips to Frankton. Cons - The road works are a disgrace. Not pedestrian friendly. Too many fences and barricades. The foot path shouldnt have been dug up.

We had a good stay here, the room very well appointed and beds very comfortable for sleeping. A beautiful view from the balcony. The property manager very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately roadworks at the front of the apartments late into the evening disturbed our sleep but that was nobody’s fault.

This was a great place to stay. Walkable to the town centre. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Pity about the road works but this is not in the motels control. Bus stop close by.

The hotel was clean and nice but the access to the property was very difficult to get to because there was so much road construction in front of the motel. The signs leading you into the front of the building were poorly marked and when speaking with the manager of the property before our arrival he neglected to inform me of all the construction. It would have been nice to know exactly how to enter the property ahead of time

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, comfortable, clean and has facilities for light cooking. I will stay here again next time.

We stayed for two nights and liked most things about our room. The view was lovely but the road was right in front. We couldn't close the fridge door as the ice had built up in the freezer compartment. We told staff and someone quickly came and chipped some ice away. Hopefully they defrosted it after we left. We really appreciated the plugin induction hob. We are never happy using toiletries in small plastic bottles so hopefully they will change to having dispensers. The bed was comfortable and overall we found the room great for our needs.
