Wonderful pool, nice hotel, service friendly. Great breakfast.

I booked a twin room for two adults and one child. I read on the hotel's official website that children under 12 years old can use existing beds for free, so I booked the room. After booking, I received a message from Ctrip that each child would have to pay an additional 70 euros. Since the hotel showed that the order could not be cancelled, I still checked in. As a result, I was charged 260 euros on the spot and was forced to upgrade to a room that was not bigger. The sofa was changed into a bed. The hardware facilities were old and you could only stand in the bathtub to take a bath. It was a very old room for more than 4,000 a night. You couldn't use towels in the swimming pool and had to pay for towels separately. The breakfast was very unfriendly to Asians. It was a pure European breakfast. At the same time, the breakfast chairs were wet because it rained the day before, which made it very cold. It is recommended that all Asian people do not check in. ps, because of the forced room upgrade, I contacted Ctrip for communication. Ctrip's attitude was positive and finally gave me an additional 10 euros.
