The room I booked on Ctrip has an upgrade service. I was thinking about telling the front desk about it after arriving at the store, but it was upgraded when I checked in. The soundproofing of the room is very good, fully meeting the standards of a five-star hotel. The bedding is also very comfortable, the air conditioning system is very sensitive, and the hygiene is also well done, which is especially suitable for rest. The face towel is disposable, the smart toilet is equipped with disinfectant wipes and disposable toilet seat cushions, and the service is very meticulous. I was there to attend a 2 day conference. Check in and Check out was cumbersome and needlessly long. 5 staff members at the desk but only one person was doing the checkin and she was very rude (see Photo). Check out was no better, delayed because they needed housekeeping to check that I did not steal any towels. Breakfast offering was good but strange that they did not have sugarfree equal, but yet had it in the rooms, when I mentioned this, the service person said she would go and get some but never did. I asked for smoke free room but obviously the hotel does not have smoke free policy since there were ashtrays in front of all elevators. Also no controls for wearing masks. One good thing is large Wanda Mall is next to hotel. This hotel is overpriced. There are many hotels that are much cheaper.

There is only one on the innermost side of each floor of the three-person room in this store, which separates the corridor and the original room from a small suite. A family of three is still quite suitable for living and does not affect each other. The air conditioner is on the roof, the bathroom is a bit small, and the separation of wet and dry is still quite good. The two-bed room in the family room is facing the main road outside. It will be noisy before 9pm and after 8am. There are a lot of parking spaces downstairs, and there is also a place to park after 9 o'clock in the evening. KFC and RT-Mart are only 300 meters away. Check out is convenient, just give the room card to the front desk. Each bed has 2 pillows.

It was not difficult to find as it was on the 22nd floor of the Wanda Plaza officetel building. You can park in the Wanda parking lot and pay 40 won per day. The beds were queen and double, so it was enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The space was spacious so it was easy to move around freely, and there was a separate dressing room, so it was easy to store luggage or change clothes. It was great to eat because it was Wanda Mall below, and there was a KFC so it was convenient to have breakfast early in the morning. The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was quick.
The bathroom had a glass door and an open space above, so it was blocked by a curtain, but it was a bit embarrassing to use. The bathroom has a separate shower, bathtub, and sink outside. Overall, I think it is a good value for money accommodation.

The price is very high, and I upgraded the lake view room in the early 500s. The floor-to-ceiling windows to see the fireworks night view, great! Needless to say, the environment, sanitation, and facilities are all standard. The waiter Xiaohui is very enthusiastic and helps to send luggage to the room. The breakfast is quite rich, included in the room rate, the price is really high. Robots deliver meals, TV can show the robot service status. The location is also very convenient, there is Wanda nearby.

The hotel just opened on May 1st. The hardware facilities are very new, the decoration is also very luxurious, and the parking is very convenient. They also upgraded the room for free, and provided us with very patient and meticulous travel and tour guide services for the first time we came to Qiqihar. We must like it. This store is clean and tidy, people are kind and caring, this time I brought a puppy, the young lady in the store also helped to see the dog, and I was relieved to go out to eat.
