Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, combining luxury with warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities, including the fitness center, were excellent and added to the overall convenience of the stay. A special mention goes to a staff member named Seven, who provided outstanding service to my family. From the moment we checked in until our departure, Seven was incredibly helpful, quick, and efficient, ensuring that all our needs were met. His dedication and warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was adequate size but we were very disappointed that there was no information in the room about the hotel itself, the services it provided nor about the area round about and no maps . As non Chinese tourists we were completely lost and having nothing to refer made the experience very difficult. A 500RMB security deposit was taken from my card on arrival and we were told anything we spent would be deducted from this and the remainder refunded. But breakfast 180RMB was taken directly from my card account. When we had to leave early some of the remainder for the extra nights was refunded but my 500RMB has not been refunded and I have had no success contacting the hotel. I would like my money refunded as I have already paid for breakfast !!! I must say an outstanding staff member at the hotel is Rafa. He listens, advises , helps and went out of his way and gave us the best and kindest assistance. He was wonderful, an outstanding representative for DoubleTree Hilton!!!!

The room is clean and hygienic. The facilities are complete and the stay experience is good. The service attitude is good and the accommodation environment is comfortable. The location is excellent and the downtown shopping mall is just outside.

He said he would give it, but the girl didn't say it. Finally, after I confirmed it repeatedly, according to the communication before the phone, an extra breakfast for the child was given. I would like to express my gratitude. As for the service enthusiasm, I really didn't feel it. It's not as exaggerated as Ctrip's evaluation, what enthusiasm and so on. Although I can see that his expression feels that I don't want to give me two more bottles of water, but I still turn around and smile and take it. Anyway, it's like this. If you are not embarrassed, others will be embarrassed. Let's talk about breakfast. There was a greasy man who spit in the restaurant. It was a big spit. Several people saw it. I told the aunt to deal with it. She said, wait a minute. How long do you have to wait? After repeating it, she said she couldn't see it. There is really no way. There are so many people coming and going. The only way is near the food. Can't they step on it everywhere? Can't they deal with it in time? Must they wait? Besides, this customer has poor quality, and we have to keep up with the service! Look at the refrigerator for yogurt. Because it also has vegetables that are eaten directly, you can see the two exhaust fans at the top. They are all dusty. Oh, clean them up! Bread slices, I think the reasonable placement should be placed together with the toaster, instead of placing them separately for several kinds of meals. Let's talk about the bathroom. In fact, the area is okay, but the layout is very poor. So it looks very cramped. Try to go to the toilet. It's okay to open the door. If you want to close the door, you have to squeeze to the edge of the toilet and the corner of the sink to close the door. It's really inconvenient. Also, I booked to upgrade the room type, but when I arrived, they said I couldn't upgrade the room type, and the reason was that it was not cleaned. I said I could wait, but he said that waiting was not an option. The beds are the same, the layout is the same, you can stay in this one. That is, it can't be negotiated. The reason is that it is not cleaned, and waiting is not an option. Before going to bed at night, milk is not given if no one is in the room. You have to ask them, otherwise it will be invalid. It's like there is no such service. Everyone tastes it. It is 1 kilometer away from Jimo Ancient City, especially there is a shopping mall next to it, and there are many shops nearby, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. There are also advantages, free drinks and water. There is tea, but no coffee. I wanted to drink a drink downstairs, but was told to wait, so I didn't drink it. I have never stayed in Orange before, so I don't have any experience. I probably won't choose it in the future. Love is a two-way journey. So is liking a hotel. It is a 10-minute walk to Borong Square and a 15-minute walk to Jimo Ancient City.. The waterside park is beautifully spread out right in front of the hotel, so the view is nice. They changed the apartment view to a waterside park view. There are a lot of places to eat around Borong Square in the evening, and the prices are reasonable. There is a massage shop 5 minutes away across the bridge, and the price and service are good. Highly recommended!! During my business trip, I stayed in Cheongyang-gu, and since it is a 25-minute drive to Jimo and about 30 won, it would be nice to rest in a quiet new city. For reference, it takes 35 minutes to get to Hwasan CC. Geumsan CC. Linghai CC is all about 50 minutes away. Select Hotel is good value for money, has a good breakfast buffet and a good location.
