The location is good and we are happy to have a room with sea view. The breakfast was served cold and we were relieved to have a cup of hot coffee at the front desk. The AC was not working properly only provided heating.

This was a great choice for my hotel stay in Qingdao. First of all, the personnel was very kind to check me in before the official check-in time. It was very valuable after an early morning train journey. Unfortunately, initially, I did not have the room which I would expect - it had a room, but with the view over some technical corridor with no daylight. I appreciate that the staff listened to my concerns and gave me a new room with a fantastic view instead! The room was sparklingly clean. It had everything needed for a perfect stay. The hotel's location is also perfect - a short walk away from the railway station.

Facilities: The overall facilities are relatively new, but the design is unreasonable... The sea view room we stayed in has a triangular feel. The bathroom has two transparent glass windows + curtains. There is a high-rise building opposite. You have to pull up the curtains to use water, but the shower room is also a small triangular structure. The shower head is close to the wall near the window. When the curtains are pulled up, it is difficult to get the shower head up and down, which is very inconvenient to use water. The curtains in the shower room are still floor-standing, floating while using water. The overall feeling of taking a shower is very poor. It may be to allow guests to take a quick shower without wasting water resources... The room is also quite small. The aisle between the bed and the TV can only accommodate one person, and the entrance is very spacious like a living room. Maybe it's because the room is triangular... The sound insulation is quite poor, and the normal voices of the neighbors can be heard clearly... Hygiene: It is quite clean overall. Even if you stay, they will come to tidy it up a little every day, but! The bedding is not good... I don't know if it's the pillow core or the pillowcase that can smell obvious cigarette smoke on the side of the pillow... I've stayed in both cheap and expensive hotels since I went out for travel, but I've never had this experience before... Environment: I booked a sea view room, and the front desk took the initiative to explain that it was a sea view room, which was okay. But... since it was already a sea view, why was there a circle of things like a rooftop outside the window... I couldn't see much of the sea, and I lost half of the view... It was quite confusing? Service: Check-in was very fast, and check-out was also very convenient as long as you returned the room card to the front desk. But! The weather in late October and early November was only central air conditioning, and it was hot air... Qingdao was more than 20 degrees during the day and 13 or 14 degrees at night. Is hot air conditioning really necessary? I didn't know on the first day of check-in, and I was very confused about why the room temperature was getting higher and higher. I called the front desk to tell me... The room signal was not good, and wifi was provided. The password was on the back of the room card shell, and I called the front desk to tell me, but after entering the password, it said that it could not be connected. I tried at least 7 or 8 times in 3 days, but I didn't succeed in connecting...

The room is very good. I stay here every time I go on a business trip. The service is very good. It seems that there are quite a lot of people staying here during the off-season. The most important thing is that it is next to the pier and you can see the sea when you go out. I was given free coffee when I checked in. The air conditioner works well and the water in the shower heats up in a few seconds

The hotel is strategically located near scenic spots and subway stations and high-speed railway stations, making travel convenient. It is possible to not feed the seagulls now, but it should be fine after a while of cooling down. The hotel provides a microwave, a self-service laundry room and a public computer, which is very convenient. The TV in the room can be projected, and the front desk handles problems quickly. The front desk is very stylish. I always stay at Zhefei every time I go on a business trip. Ps: You can drink free coffee at the front desk. It is clean and hygienic. The internet speed is very fast. You can also cast the screen! (The little girl at the front desk is very beautiful)

The magnifying mirror of the makeup mirror is just right for eyelashes! It is not very convenient to take a shower with only disposable slippers. I reported the problem to the front desk and they quickly helped to deal with it. They gave me an extra floor towel to spread on the floor, and I put on slippers when I came out. It is quite thoughtful and much more hygienic than the plastic slippers that can be worn repeatedly. It is a bit troublesome to have breakfast on the 9th floor because I have to walk up one floor, and the sensor light will not light up until I walk a short distance. There are a lot of breakfast items. Oh, by the way, it is worth mentioning that there is a laundry room on the 9th floor with a dryer and ironing machine, which is very good. It is great. On the day of check-out, I couldn’t make it back in time for something, and they helped to extend the check-out! And there is an office computer printer for guests to use! It is so convenient!
