We were two families traveling together and booked two king-size rooms. We arrived at the hotel at 6pm on April 30th and checked in. It went smoothly. There were many parking spaces and parking was very convenient. Here are some reviews by area~ 1. Hotel room: After swiping the card to enter the room, there was a smell of covering. After entering, I opened the balcony door for ventilation. After ventilation, the smell disappeared. It is recommended to open the window for ventilation when there are no customers staying and the weather is good. Other facilities are very good. 2. Basic hotel facilities: The whole hotel has poor sound insulation. You can hear people talking in the next room. At more than 10 o'clock in the evening, there are still many uneducated parents who let their children run in the corridor, shouting while running, until a customer tells them to stop. Let's talk about the restaurant. We checked in on April 30th. We had breakfast on the 1st. There were not many people and the dishes were OK. The number of people increased in the afternoon of the 1st. When we had breakfast on the 2nd, the restaurant was full. The waiter asked us to go to a temporary dining area opposite. There were basically all the breakfast items, but not as many as in the restaurant. However, the types and dishes of breakfast on the 2nd and 3rd were very urgent. It should be because the occupancy rate increased and there were many people, which is understandable. 3. Service: The key point!!! First of all, I would like to express my special thanks to Wang Haidi, the housekeeping manager. Because of her help, my child safely got through the symptoms of heat stroke, vomiting and fever. Let me describe the process in detail: We went to Dreamland on May 2nd. Because it was too hot, the child got heat stroke in the afternoon, so we returned to the hotel early. After arriving at the hotel, I called the switchboard to ask for a thermometer, but the delivery was very slow, and it didn't arrive in half an hour. I wanted to buy medicine in ** and wanted to buy Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills, but there was no delivery in this area. I called the switchboard again to ask if the hotel had any, but the switchboard said it was unclear and asked me to call the front desk. The front desk said there was no Huoxiang Zhengqi, so I urged the thermometer to be delivered quickly. After hanging up the phone, the child suddenly vomited. At this time, the symptoms of heat stroke had already appeared, body heat + nausea and vomiting, so I quickly called the front desk again. I asked them to send me some salt. I was afraid that the child would be dehydrated, so I wanted to give the child some light salt water. This time the salt was brought to me by Wang Haidi, the housekeeping manager. She carefully asked about the child's condition. I said that the child had a fever and asked if the hotel had any antipyretics. She said the hotel didn't have any, but I could go to the nearby pharmacies to buy them for you. I said that was great. I had looked for many ways but no rider could help me buy it here. She said this place was relatively remote, so she went to buy it for me immediately. When she arrived at the pharmacy, she took pictures of all the medicines I needed and asked me to choose. It was delivered to my room not long after. Before leaving, she told me that from now on if I had any problems, I could call her as soon as possible, no matter what time, because I brought the child here by myself and my husband couldn't come due to work, so I was really touched by her warm care. The next morning, she came to greet me and asked about my child's condition. Such service deserves the most sincere praise. I am very grateful to her. Because of her help, my child's fever subsided and the illness was cured the next morning. Because of her service, I have a different view of the entire hotel. Even though the hotel has poor sound insulation, I am willing to recommend this hotel because of her service.
