Amazing new hotel, very huge and safety. Perfect for children. Nice restaurants with healthy food. A lot of warm swimming pools and warm aqua park, nice beaches. Very pleasant staff, espessialy Ms. Liliia. We forgot a kid's bag work toys they found it and hped to return it in the Czech Republic) Very good photographers and African plates masters, super creatif cleaning stuff, we ve never seen crocodiles, monkeys, dinozors from towels..) Highly recommend it for family vacation)!

This hotel is absolutely incredible. We were a family of six and when we arrived they had given us an upgrade to a sea view room which was just so gorgeous. The food was exceptionally good. The beach is gorgeous and there's so many sunbeds and lovely bean bags to sit on. However what really makes this hotel is the staff. I have never experience such good customer service. They really are next level. Everyday you have someone who will WhatsApp you with what's going on and check in with you if there's anything you neeed, do special VIP treats for you. Mustafa was absolutely amazing. Abdo and friends at the Mediterranean restaurant really offered the best customer service I've ever experienced. Mahmoud was offering different facilities and services around and was just such a lovely person to chat to. Temur was doing brilliant photography and with thoroughly recommend him. The cleaning team are incredible the place is absolutely spotless. They won't let you lift a finger, soon as you sit down someone will offer you a cocktail and make sure that you've got everything you need. The staff are truly an asset to an already beautiful resort. I just hope we can go back because we were absolutely spoiled and it was just two weeks of complete luxury. Well done staff at this resort because you offer the best customer service in the world !

really good animation team, awesome beaches and many attractive activities. there wasnt any minute when i was bored in this hotel. funny guys, lots of people met. aswell the people and memories i am going to remember my whole life. amazing experience

Spent xmas days in this hotel was the best idea ever. We really enjoyed our time there. And we hope to be back soon. All services was unbelievebel and it seemed like everyone care about us in the best way. Everything was super clean and food was tasteble. Xmas day was super busy with scheduls provided by animation team 🤩 since morning till midlnight and Xmas dinner was deliciouse.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Pickalbatros Portofino. Plenty of restaurants, kids loved the kids club and shared bicycles, some pools were heated, nice aquapark. It was our 2nd stay in Marsa Alam and despite being satisfied with the previous hotel, this one was even better with more entertaining possibilities, really working free wifi etc. We would happily stay longer than a week or come again to the same hotel if we travel to Egypt again.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much. The food, services, swimming pools etc were excellent. The staff was so friendly! The resort is huge. It's a village of its own. It provides everything you need. We can highly recommend this resort. Hopefully, we will return soon.
