A very nice hotel in a small town near Kota KINABALU International Airport. Room are clean with amenities. With flat screen TV very hood bathroom layout. A short walking distance to Shops, Supermarket, Banks and KFC outlet. Well tuck but easy to find hotel in Putatan, Kota Kinabalu. Toilet bowl are Muslim friendly. Aircond are cold. Lots of parking for guests. Cons: Breakfast could be improve. Very limited choice and food are bland. Coffee are tasteless. Tea is okay. Room don't have mini fridge. Overall I will recommend this hotel. Room are reasonably cheap as well. Stay here on 19th Oct 2019.

Overall the room and toilet are clean. The bed is very comfortable. There is only smelly smoking outside the room. There are a lot of shops around the hotel such as: a Chinese restaurant just located opposite the hotel, beside there is a laundry shop, and also a grocery shop, so it is very convenient. From the hotel, within 15 mins, you can reach the Imago shopping mall, a big shopping mall. May consider booking the hotel again for next time visiting.
