It was a very good experience for me. The resort room was excellent. I tried pane-er kadhai and garlic naan for lunch. All foods are very delicious. Staff are very cooperative and have good behaviour.

One of the best hotels in puri. It is located in the heart of the city and is close by to all the tourist attractions the puri temple is just 1. 2 km away from this hotel. One downside of the hotel is as it is situated on the main road you have a lot of traffic sound. The hotel also has an in house kitchen and they really do cook amazing food and provide good quantity and the food was worth every penny paid. The staff are super friendly and very courteous and guide you in each and every step a person named rahul helped us and guided us a lot right from visiting tourist attractions, letting us know the famous sweet and clothing shops in and around and also helping us in hiring auto s and bargaining it for us. The room features a king size bed, tv, geyser, complementary water, coffee and milk powder, a kettle. However we were disappointed while using the geyser as it takes a lot of time to fill up a bucket of water as it is instant geyser only a small amount of water gets heated only this issue need to be fixed. The hotel also offers cab facilities to visit in and around the city and also airport pickup and drop facilities at a minimal cost and would definitely recommend using these services as the cabs on the streets will rip you off. Overall we had a great and a wonderful experience and must hotel to stay while you are in puri and also hats off to the staff for being so responsive and helpful. Would definitely visit this hotel once again on our next visit.

Gopabandhu Mishra: One of the best front office executives we have ever met in our life while travelling to various parts of India. Gopabandhu (Gopi) with his ever-smiling face will definitely make you feel at home when you walk into the hotel for the first time. Probably this young hotel management graduate is currently the best asset possessed by Hotel Golden Tree, Puri. Outstanding service: The in-house service of Hotel Golden Tree, Puri can be best described with only one English word – OUTSTANDING. Lovely ambience: With a very large reception area consisting of soft & comfortable sofas and centralized air conditioning system, Hotel Golden Tree, Puri has a spacious lounge where easily 20 guests can wait and sit during check-in and check-out ***** with their luggage. Yes, this hotel still has a fully working hands-free sanitizing system installed right next to the main entrance door. Delicious food: The in-house well decorated, clean and air-conditioned restaurant offers a wide spectrum of delicious food items from across the country both during the complimentary buffet breakfast (worth mentioning that the buffet breakfast has a well thought of cyclic menu for different days of the week) as well as during the other time of the day. The quantity of food per portion in the à la carte menu needs to be increased by at least 30% so as to match up with the high price tag, which, we’re sure the hotel authority will make a note of this point after reading this review. Excellent rooms / amenities: All the rooms in this hotel are equipped with a soft memory foam spring mattress king size bed with four soft foam pillows (you may ask for more which they will readily provide) and two cushions and a soft blanket with white linen cover. Thanks for the exceptional services during our stay, we are so happy as it was our first stay at Prabhupada, we were greeted so nicely upon arrival served delicious drinks too. Room was having a splendid view of the sea from the bed, new luxurious room. Service was top notch staffs are hospitable and friendly, they helped my father every time with the help of wheel chair, caring and supportive staffs were made our stay a comfortable one.

We booked the deluxe sea facing rooms. Rooms are spacious. Has balcony overlooking the sea. Spotless rooms and bathrooms. Very well maintained huge property. Calm and peaceful surroundings. Warm and proactive front desk staff especially Manju, Deba and Nisha. Made our check in seamless. The Housekeeping staff does a wonderful job of keeping the rooms, bathrooms and lobby so clean. Good food be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. The buffet breakfast and dinner has a good spread with many options. Pleased with the hardworking and forever warm and smiling staff especially Sujata, Basanta and the rest (sorry forgot the names). Thanks to Mr. Nur, Mr. Abhijeet, Manoj, Sanjay and the entire F&B team for making our experience so memorable

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. FFURANThe hotel is centrally located, about 900 metres from the beach. My room is facing the street, so it is noisy and some affects the rest. In fact, it will not be quiet without facing the street. The room was clean and the sheets were a bit old. The morning buffet is good and there are not many people. There are two points to note that the hotel cannot use international credit cards, so if foreigners spend at the hotel, they can only pay cash at checkout. Second, the check-out time required by the hotel is 8:00 in the morning. If you need to extend the check-out, you will have to pay. It is not expensive, tens of yuan per hour, 8 o'clock check out is a common practice in the local area. In short, in Puri, the requirements for the hotel are not too high, and the hotel in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, will not work. This hotel is okay.
