The hotel is great! It’s services are the best in Punta del Este and the pool is wonderful

My biggest complaint is with the casino, because it is extremely difficult to exchange currency. I spent hours trying to withdraw dollars or pesos from the ATMs, and they were all broken. It is not possible to exchange currency at the casino cashier, which is absurd.

Everything was excellent. The only bad thing was that there was a bad smell in the room when we entered.

Everything is excellent, the service, the facilities and the staff (except the girl in charge of Check out, who needs better ways to serve.-

We arrived at the hotel at 3:20 pm and the room was only released around 4 pm. 1 day before leaving I ordered 1 hamburger for my daughter and it was not authorized, according to the receptionist I would have to go down and swipe the card again, as they would not have a guarantee of payment.... After a lot of effort "they made an exception" .....

Excellent stay. First class structure and very helpful staff

The hotel has several accommodations, such as a swimming pool, spa, courts, restaurant and the main one, which is the Casino. Facing the beach, great location. Excellent service, in all languages. Breakfast has a lot of variety.

Ameiii of Passion! Nothing bad except the pillows. Needing to improve. But overall the best in Punta.

Very beautiful hotel with all the amenities of a resort but very old, frozen in time and in need of renovations in the rooms. Lots of options in the cafe but nothing very good, not worth the price if you're not going to use the casino.
