On the whole, it's pretty good, and it's not bad. To condemn Ctrip for lying! There is no such thing as entering a hydrophilic room or directly into the pool! !! The pool is small and it is a separate location, there is no room for direct access! !!

The environment is good. There is also a Chinese restaurant. Chinese food is a Chinese chef. Every time I come here, it is close to the airport. The transfer is very convenient. I can reach the airport in 15 minutes by taxi.

There are many kinds of breakfast, the food is very fresh, located near the airport, a little farther away from the city, you can take a tuk tuk ride and experience the crowdedness of India. The hotel can call a taxi, but the price is more than twice the price.

Amazing hotel. big room, good qualtified amenities and all kinds of dining were awesome. but you had to check your bill when checking out because they tried to charge me for services used in other rooms.

Great place with history to learn.. Grand welcome.. So much to understand at this heritage fort Food is awesome with authentic taste.. Chef ***gesh ensured that all meals were served at its best with his smile which days welcome Abhishek and his team were always on toes... Might have forgotten some names but Sushant, gulshan with their service gestures really made it so pleasant Can't miss on tukaram who ensured that the culture is spoken and understood well to adults and children. Thank you Team as I write this few words which is making my family stay so great while I'm still at fort...

I just came from Pune where I stayed for 2 nights in Ritz carlton,one of the best hotels I have visited in India. Starting from early check in, arranging tours in the city, facilitating our needs with the best concierge staff. In addition to amazing food done by the chefs where they have made us a perfect tally based on our request. The spa is another world, the rooms were specious and well equipped with all what a guest might need. I will definitely visit Pune just to stay in Ritz and enjoy the hotel.

It was really amazing stay with excellent service and rooms are very clean. I really enjoyed my breakfast near the pool area plus the staffs are very helpful and kind including Mateen, Vicky and chef Gerish they all are very approachable except one person Sayed he was in the restaurant during dinner he was very rude Apart for this everything was perfect.
