Great location. Hotel is on the older side but it was a clean bed and cool room for the stay. 97% of the staff were very friendly and service was great. Unfortunately some have really bad attitudes directed only at particular guests. Strangely those were also not wearing name tags. With that said Jesus was one of the most helpful and friendly staff member. Not sure if it just México, but there seemed to be a form or paper needed to be completed for every step of the check in and check out process. Not very eco friendly and must need huge storage facilities for all that paperwork. Overall, a great stay and will stay there again.
We stayed in the VistaPier renovated tower of this hotel ...seems to be two sections : Hotel Delfin ( the older section which seemed like more of a budget friendly place; mostly Spanish speaking families.) The patio and pools were clean but from the outside, the rooms seem very dated. The VistaPier is a totally different experience..adult only, nice pool easy to access loungers on beach and pool deck. Restaurant for guests only and public taco cafè on property. Food and drink service on beach. There is also a breakfast buffet next door st Delfin. Guest rooms were lovely...you have to reserve the ocean view junior suite ...Modern finishes ( tile and granite and very comfortable king bed an pillows with extra blankets, fridge and nespresso machine. No issues with sir von or water. Private elevator for VistaPier guests. Also registration was classy..private lounge and offered a drink at check in ! A bit pricier than average for no meals but the location and quality were great.
We had the best time and the best stay. The bed was so comfortable and we had a hot tub on our balcony! The food and drinks were fantastic and the beach was so relaxing. Miguel at the bar was great and Lucy helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend!

Looking to travel with family? Highly recommended! This is a luxury hotel with a ”boutique” vibe and Excellent service. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in PV (have stayed in Sheraton, Westin). The pool is well-maintained, the kids playroom is awesome (Thank you Bibiana!). The property is very modern, very well maintained, though rooms are a bit small. We stayed at the Marriott in Cancun as well, similar experience. Best budget luxury resort in PV.
The place was ok and food isn’t bad
Restaurant staff always wanted a tip
The hotel desk isn’t helpful at all
Whatever requested we made they said yes but never followed
Like a booking at restaurant they didn’t make for us
Or when we asked for some amenities they said yes but never came
No one picked up the phone at night but they said they had 24 hours room service
We ended up getting to the property a couple hours before check in but our concierge Franco greeted us at our first step out of our shuttle. His team grabbed our bags as he escorted to the front desk. We had 3 rooms booked and they were able to give us 2 of them adjoining. We had to wait a couple hours to check in but we got our bracelets, a quick tour and sat down for some lunch a few drinks while we waited! Smooth check in process! The service from housekeeping to bartenders to pool servers were all so friendly and fast! The pool food was great for snacking on. The breakfast buffet was decent with a good variety of choices. Drinks were mostly small unless you asked for a bigger glass, which was never an issue. All 3 of our rooms were pretty clean and housekeeping kept up with everything pretty well! The beach was a great spot for sunsets. Few vendors around but they weren’t too much of a bother. Not much of a swimming style beach due to how rough it was at the time we visited. The lobby bar was a good time in the evening with live music! All in all, we would definitely head back!

This was our second visit to Vamar. Our main reason for returning to Vamar was price. On our previous visit we had a room with a balcony and while we enjoyed the balcony we found the room to be very dark with areas we considered to be dead spaces. Fast forward to this trip. Vamar fit the bill for a relatively economical priced trip, meaning it had to be reasonable in price to eat out most meals and provide a comfortable clean place to sleep. Our room was clean and while lacking in balcony space was bright and quiet. We purchased a cooler from Kiosko along with ice and boom we had a refrigerator. We did enjoy one lunch beachside and found the waitstaff attentive. On the Marina side we enjoyed a few late lunches and again found all the waitstaff to be very attentive and accommodating. We enjoy a glass or two or three of white wine and we never found our glasses to be empty for long. We appreciated again the availability of self service coffee at the Lobby Bar and the baked goods also provided. We enjoyed our ”happy hours” and while seating was not always available in the bar area, we managed to find seating not too far away. Puerto Vallarta in general has so many great restaurants and the Marina is no exception. If you find it in your budget to eat off property and are looking for a smaller hotel than give Vamar a try.
Our flight was canceled, and after a week at an all-inclusive, we spent 2 nights at Puerto del Luna. We have 2 children, ages 10 and 12, and I thought it was a charming place to stay. It is a bit older and simple, but it was cute, and safe, and made me feel like I was in Mexico. We loved the pool and the ping pong tables. The location was fantastic, as we could walk to anything and everything or take the bus. If I was going to Mexico on a dream vacation, this would not be the hotel I would choose, but as a budget friendly choice, I think it ticks all of the boxes. Omar at the front desk was great. he helped us with multiple things as we were trying to sort ourselves out after finding out we'd be ”stuck” in Mexico for an additional week. the definitely took some of our stress away and was very accommodating. I liked this place a lot for the price.
Just finished a terrible week at this awful resort! First of all the lobby area is very dated and uninviting. Elevators the guest floors are dangerous as there were large hole in the elevator floor. The hallways of this resort are very dirty guests leave their dirty dishes and garbage out in the hallways and in the flower beds. Nobody comes to clean them up. Because of this at night the resort is infested with RACOONS! The rooms are VERY dated and seemed to missing a lot of basic things. Our room was missing a safe which we asked for one and they brought a broken one. The remote for the TV was missing and we asked multiple times for them to bring a remote and one was never delivered. Our room was also missing the telephone. Housekeeping is awful here. Rooms are cleaned sub par. Housekeeping will come either at 08:00am or 6pm. There’s no happy medium. Like we are on vacation! Some days we got towels some days we did not. The food at the buffet is absolutely horrendous. Same thing everyday all day. The food isn’t even warm always cold. The Al a carte restaurants are sub par at most but better than the buffet. To get a reservation at the Al a carte you have to make it at 9:01am. No exceptions. The pools are nice except for this resort doesn’t clean up the pool decks throughout the day therefore the pool areas get over run by cups and plates. Which attracts birds and wasps. Many times at the bars I was served drinks in a dirty cup. The beach is nice. The evening show “Broadway” was fantastic. The gardens of this resort is beautiful. I have a strong feeling that this resort pays for good reviews. Because it is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

해해The hotel itself is so great!
But I think I need a car to go to the hotel.
The hotel does operate a car.
There is also an airport pick-up service.
The height is so great to see the landscape and the facilities are great.
It's not cheap, but you can get the service you paid for.
The exterior of the hotel also contributes to making you want to go.
The rooms are spacious and wonderful. It has a large room that can accommodate 5 or 6 people and it seems to be a very good hotel for families to come and hospice.
FFraserI always stay at The Cowork Hotel, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a must for me when working remotely. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays!
GGuest UserThe hotel stands out for the location and very family run hotel. Keep in mind for a 3 star hotel the rooms are small and outdated but for the price your getting a very good deal for PV compared to many places. The Taxi/Uber are available, the beach is walking distance, lots of amazing places to eat and shop, lots of night life and entertainment, and the buses are available for public transport anywhere in PV which i fou8nd to be the most convenient. Simply the location is the best ever and that is what your paying for the most in the price.
The hotel staff cleans the room really well the the courtyard is pretty beautiful especially at night. The AC is so cold and well maintained that you wont be able to sleep on low setting. The staffs are very friendly and check-in and out was a breeze. Overall I am very happy with my stay here, next time ill be staying here again.
GGuest UserI don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms.
I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.
赖赖The hotel is very close to the airport, it should be complete, the food and entertainment is complete, and the customer meets at the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel does not include breakfast and wifi. If it is all-inclusive, it will be perfect.
I stayed at the Sheraton with my husband while recovering from shoulder surgery. Our room was very comfortable except for the temperature. We could not ever cool it to our satisfaction. We asked for it to be looked at and nothing changed. We enjoyed the ala carte restaurants especially pescatore. The sunset view was beautiful. The hotel location is excellent. 20 minute walk to the Malecon. I have to mention a few special workers. Liliana, serving around the pool; Edgar, the concierge; Angel, at the Lobby bar and Marco. They all went over and above to provide great service. Overall the wait staff and front desk people were excellent! Thank you to all.
All inclusive resort with both family and adult only pools with the sandy beach also as an option. We chose the room directly opposite the ocean with fabulous sunset views. Five restaurants on site and always at least two open so plenty to choose from 24 hours. Unlimited drinks on site. Lots of different free activities throughout the day. Friendly and attentive staff, very welcoming for all. It is family oriented with plenty of children. Large TV flatscreen in room, only disappointment only 2 English speaking channels.
Try to get the rooms with kitchen on the beach! They are quite large and give you enough room to really enjoy the trip. Our housekeeper, Mirabel, went out of her way to do everything possible to make our trip terrific. The concierge, Yolanda, is very very special During the trip, one of our company became critically ill and needed to be transported to the hospital. Yolanda made that happen for our friend and directed her to just the right doctors who saved her life. Our friend was here by herself and did not realize how sick she was but Yolanda made sure that the hotel doctor saw her and with all that saved our friends life. We celebrated our friends 80th birthday in the hospital today and it was one of the most joyous occasions you can imagine. The hotel has more than just a good location for shopping and restaurants. It’s a lifesaver.
GGuest UserStayed here for one night due to a flight change (we came a day earlier than planned) booked on Expedia for ) $54! Bfast was included so that was a plus! No complaints. The room was clean, hot when we first came in but it got cold fast ( the a.c is 💯) they had two small water bottles for us ( 🙌) and the water pressure was great! The shower has your standard shampoo, conditioner and bathroom had soap, and other personal care stuff. Overall if I ever find myself in need on a last minute stay near the Vallarta airport I would definitely come back! I do recommend booking through Expedia or online rather than just showing up and getting a room because that would be a lot more expensive! Also you can definitely walk from the airport!! Do NOT get a taxi! We did and it was a WASTE of money! Room was small but for the price it was heavenly lol. Also sorry for the bad pics I only recorded a video so I had to screenshot
