We stayed for 5 days in Hotel’s Royal Suite, which in itself is a superb room. The hotel is practically situated on the beach front with exceptional views. All staff were super professional, friendly and very helpfull, catering for all our needs, especially Maitre d’hotelTakis and Stavri the Manager, who took hospitality to next level and made our stay amazing. Great amentiies, tasty food, would definitely come back in the future.

I've been in hundreds of hotels through the years and even in some of the best in the world but still I have to say that Sunprime Protaras Beach is among the TOP3 of my visits. The rooms are really of the best quality and also cozy and functional. The balconies are spacious and situated well. The pool area is excellent and the beach right next to it. Good sand beach and the water doesn't get deep too steeply. The food and drinks are of best quality and the service is one of the best I've seen. The major reason for my top review is the totally superb personnel in the hotel. Absolutely the best personnel experience ever in any hotel I've visited. Just perfect in any ways. I could have adopted the whole personnel. I tried to figure out anything that wasn't good. The only two things which could be found with an obnoxious mind was that the shower curtain was missing and the toilet paper could have been of Nordic thickness :-)

Very nice hotel whith a kitchen in top class! The Staff is so nice. Sam in the reseption is lovely! Marin(I love you) and Madan are great in the bar! Allways a smile on there lips. Valia whith your great smile and wonder ful voice. Lovely songs! Hope we see you all again! Patrik and Pia

We spent one week with all-inclusive. The food is really good, especially the à la carte. The hotel is located at the beach so you can easily choose pool or the sea. One negative thing is that the sunbeds by the pool is reserved very early in the morning. To get a bed with sun all day we had to get up at 6 in the morning 😱 I really hope this can be managed in some other way. The sunbeds at beach can be accessed later and is quite cheap to rent. All areas at hotel and the rooms were very nice and always clean. We booked a room with partly seaview and it was very good 👍🏻😊 Many of the staff were very friendly and serviceminded but I would like to give Madan an extra goldstar for execeptional customer service with a personal touch. 🤩 He also serves the best drinks 🍹 Hotel manager Stavri also made us feel very welcome and appreciated as guests. Great hotel. Clean. Nice beach. Sentury madan gave great service. Short walk to shops and restaurants. 2 restaurants at the hotel. Good size swimmingpool. Very good spa. Could be more flowers for color.

Best hotel , outstanding service from the staff . All the staff , but some people are in top of the list . The manager Stavri Attouni , Valia and Madan . They made our vacation extra great . Nice food , clean rooms , good drinks and a family feeling !

Nice atmosphere, very nice service. Pasta bolognese was plain and not seasoned good . Panini with mozzarella was dry and pretty basic The pork plate was ok an nicely grilled... 50 m from the beach and very nice service och cold beer 😉🍺.......

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the hotel! I did not have the best experience with their spa/massage. They were unprofessional and even answered a phone call doing my massage… However, the service provided by Madan and Valia was exceptional and truly made my stay memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The attention to detail and personalized care they provided was truly remarkable. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to making my stay enjoyable. I can't thank Madan and Valia enough for making my trip so special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience with outstanding service!
