This hotel is very good. The room is clean, the staff in the store are friendly, and the service is very good. However, toothbrushes are not provided and need to be paid.

Very nice staff, they sent a driver to pick me up from the bus station and arranged the tour to Bromo for 600K. Restaurant on the ground floor. The room was big, very clean and comfy. I would have stayed longer if I wanted to see more places in the area.

The good - clean room and bathroom - adequate facililities - all rooms are at the ground floor - free shuttle to train station - friendly staff To improve - when u use hairdryer, you must turn off the AC.

There was a small problem with the free shuttle from the station, but the owner fixed it right away. They organized the Bromo and Ijen excursions, and they have everything quite under control. 600 kIDR the Bromo and 1000 kIDR the Ijen from Probolingo with transportation and drop us off at the port of Ketampang

Unfortunately the shower leaked, over all good. The place is comfortable

I went to find it in a hurry for the bromo tour. He picked me up from the train station and finished the Bromo tour well. From the owner to the staff and the driver, this place is so kind that I can't help but write a review. The next day, we were leaving for Lombok from Surabaya Airport, so we talked about how to get there the day before. He took me to the front and gave me a ride. I can't help but write a review for such kindness. Thanks to that, I'm sitting down to board a flight from Surabaya Airport to Lombok and write a review. Terima kasih.

The property itself is ok. I didn't really like the small sink because it does not provide much space to hold anything. There is a mosque right behind the hotel,so in the evenings the calls to prayer can be really loud. The property is situated in a really quiet area, so there really is not much to do there. My only reason for being there was to visit Mount Bromo. As i was traveling alone, it was really boring. But if you are with some company and a quiet night is perfect for you, then i definitely recommend this place.

We stayed two nights at Clover, so that we could do the Bromo sunrise tour. The "homestay" is basic, but has a small kitchen. They offer daily tours that go to King Kong lookout to watch the sunrise over Bromo and the sea of clouds, before travelling to Bromo itself so that you can climb to the crater rim. The tour departs at 2am in a car, before changing to a jeep. You arrive back at the homestay at about 10.30am in time for breakfast. There is no guided tour either King Kong viewpoint, or Mt Bromo - just dropped by the jeep and told what time to return to the jeep. Make sure you take a photo of the jeep, its license plate and parking location, as there are literally hundreds of identical jeeps. We were picked up free of charge from the Probolinggo train station on arrival at 6pm, and also dropped back at the station for our onward train journey to Ketepang (Bali) at 2am, which was unexpected and really appreciated. There is a minimart that is open until 9pm very close to Clover, and a Pizza Hut, Dominos, KFC and some local Indonesian restaurants only a block or two walk away.

What was great was that we were picked up from the train station for free and taken to our accommodation. Everything was very nice from the outside too. Staff very friendly and food very tasty. Unfortunately they didn't want to rent us a scooter so we could drive to Bromo ourselves. Instead we were offered a tour. Which of course we did and it was ok. The only thing we really didn't like were the rooms. It was clean but smelled extremely bad, I have no idea what else, maybe disinfectant. But it was almost unbearable. We left after one night instead of two.

Great accommodation if you want to spend a couple of days in the city and visit the Bromo volcano. They offer pick up service to the station and also do volcano tours at a reasonable price. Also when you return they give you a super breakfast. Highlight the kindness of all the workers.
