This is a very beautiful place. The staff is well trained and serve very well. The rooms are well kept and neat. The hotel links well with the JK international airport. The food was super nice. If I happen to pass through this city again, I would definately feel happy staying there again

It’s nice and very good hotel and location the staffs are very friendly and helpful

Oh dear! After being collected at Nairobi we were taken to the Hotel which is down the sort of streets you would not normally dare go in the dark! Thankfully the hotel is gated and guarded. Reception was pleasant with a welcome juice offered. We were directed to our rooms on the 4th floor...worryingly there were no fire exit instructions anywhere on that floor. Anyway our rooms were nice and clean, a double and a triple. Then it was ruined when we ordered supper in the rooftop ”restaurant” I ordered a simple toasted vegetable Sandwich. Well it arrived and the filling was hot Lettuce hot cucumber and tomatoes.. inedible! My friend ordered the vegetable soup which arrived see through with stripe of cucumber floating in it accompanied with 2 hard dry slices of toast. Another 2 meals were tough and inedible so we went to bed fed up and hungry. Oh and don't visit in a wheelchair because they've build the ramp in front of a window! Totally inaccessible.

The room was very clean and close to the airport. We had a flight at 4:50 in the morning. When we arrived at the agreed time, a car was immediately available at the front desk to take us there. The driver asked us where we were going and told us clearly which terminal we were in, and ** The English itinerary did mention another terminal. It turns out that the driver was very professional and it was a mistake.

Excellent hotel. Food was awesome, service was impeccable, and facilities were perfect. The location was ideal for access to the JKIA airport.

I like this place so much. It’s a family-style room with complete facilities. All kitchen utensils are available. You can cook your own meals. The service attitude is good. The security guards are very good. The price is quite affordable. It’s very close to the airport and train station. Take a taxi. It is also very cheap to use taxi apps to go to the city, so it is a good choice if you want to spend a few more days in Nairobi or as a transition. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos and videos.
