Prescott Hotels with Gym

I have yet to complete my stay. However, felt compelled to express my utter dissatisfaction and horrible experience thus far at this hotel. First, upon entering my room I immediately noticed the carpet was not vacuumed as it had pieces of trash throughout the room. It also appears as though the carpet has never been shampooed or steamed cleaned as the carpets are extremely dingy. The bedding/linen were grossly dirty ( I have a video) to support. I went downstairs to express and show the front desk. I was offered another room, when I went to check the linen in the other room it was just as bad as my initial room. Room has two televisions and neither one worked, the iron is broken. On the third night I tried to enter my room (with dinner in hand) and key card didn’t work. I went and got a replacement and that card didn’t work either. I went back downstairs to tell front desk that my card didn’t work. The gentlemen asked for me to go up with him, I told him I wanted to eat my food first because it was already getting cold. We sat down in the lobby to eat and was immediately told we couldn’t. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It should be considered a motel because that’s the way they operate. I would never recommend anyone stay at this place.

The location was good and nice 2 block walk to Whiskey Row. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Since this is an historic building you'll need to be mindful that the bathrooms are small, some extremely small. The hotel also has many stairs, even stairs to get to the elevator, so this isn't a completely ADA complaint building. If you have trouble walking up/down stairs this will not be the hotel for you. There is 1 entrance that does not have stairs to enter. The building is charming and beautiful and definitely worth the visit. There is a coffee bar, liquor bar, and restaurant attached to the hotel, so you don't need to wander far for food & drink. I would recommend this hotel for its lication, history and charm. The staff was great as well.

Stroll through the local farmer’s market and then relax in our outdoor pool and spa. Plan an event at the historic Event Center at Sam Hill Warehouse or relax by the fireplace on our spacious patio. Our hotel combines a historic setting with upscale amenities to make your stay memorable.

We are on a road trip and having stayed at a few hotels. Our hotel before this one was in Page, Az and we were a little annoyed after that one. We needed a good place to stay and chose Hampton Inn and the difference was so dramatic. We felt so welcome, greeted with a smile and really told our options in the hotel and around town. The staff was great and helpful. Beds were really comfy. Shower had good pressure. All in all a great stay. Will be back when in the area again.

This Prescott Arizona hotel is located 90 miles NW of Phoenix & 90 miles SW of Flagstaff. This hotel in Prescott is situated between Prescott Valley, Chino Valley & Downtown Prescott. Decided to take a last minute weekend trip to Prescott and couldn’t have been happier. Gentleman who checked us in was very nice, quick process (and $1 candy and snacks! Couldn’t beat that!). Room was perfect, bed cozy and comfy. Took advantage of the indoor hot tub right away! Breakfast was a great assortment of items. All around great stay!

The place was clean and the staff was very helpful. We were just passing through and we're very happy with our choice. We will definitely stay there again.
