I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Le Duc de Praslin, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was nothing short of perfect. Welcome Experience: From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Sabrina, the front desk staff, greeted us with a warm smile and a refreshing welcome drink. She ensured that our check-in process was smooth and efficient and also provided us with all the information we needed and made us feel right at home. Accommodation: Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning balcony view of the lush nature. It was beautifully prepared, and was evident that the housekeeping team took great care in ensuring everything was perfect.We especially loved the plush bedding and the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and a personalized welcome note along with a complimentary bottle of Wine. Dining: The resort's dining options were exceptional. Each restaurant offered a unique culinary experience, from fresh seafood at the beachfront grill to gourmet international cuisine. The dining staff Julie, Mohammed, Gabriela went above and beyond to make our meals memorable. The team took the time to get to know our preferences and ensured that we were well taken care of during each meal. Café de Arts restaurant by the beach was our personal favorite. Our server, Stephanie was outstanding. Activities and Amenities: Le Duc de Praslin offers a wide range of activities, from water sports, fishing tours to island hopping tours. The spa is a tranquil oasis. Café de Arts host full moon parties and screen live football matches. The resort's pool provided a perfect spot to relax. They offer complimentary beach towels and every night Fernando from housekeeping team would come and exchange the used towels against new. The Nespresso Machine in the room was the highlight. Hilda and Hilary from the front office team were exceptional in helping us plan our activities. Personalized Attention: What truly set this resort apart was the personalized attention. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, often anticipating our needs before we even expressed them. RON, the front office Manger greeted us warmly and ensured our stay was perfect. However, what truly set this experience apart was the personal attention from the Owner, Mr. Robert Payet, who took the time to meet with us and ensure that everything was up to our expectations. His visit was unexpected but incredibly appreciated. He genuinely cared about our experience and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. His commitment to guest satisfaction was evident, and it made us feel truly valued as guests. On Check out, we received a small gift and a Thank you note signed by him, which added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. Overall Experience:
