Super cozy room and the staff are really friendly. You have tram stops near the hotel so it's really convenient to get around.

Great service, good location, tram stops are near. Very nice designed hotel, good food. The only slight minus is the size of the rooms and the fact that the thermostat seemed to be unoperable during the stay, it showed the temperature, the setting could be changed, but it didn't actually do anything to the temperature.

They don’t provide room slipper / water etc. please buy beforehand for yourself during the stay.

Wonderful hotel, clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The food was very good and the staff were all polite and helpful. It's a hotel full of character and I'd definitely recommend staying at Mama Shelter!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We booked the room included breakfast and it was amazing. Many different food you can eat for breakfast. The bed is so comfortable and the room is so clean. I recommended! If I have a chance to go to Prague again, I will choose to stay here.
