Room smelled so bad we asked to be moved to another one. Big mistake, it only got worse. Mattress was very stained and torn with stuffing coming out. Carpet sticky, bathroom needs to be demolished, fridge mouldy, pool not useable and tennis court hasn’t been useable for years probably due to being used to dump old garden furniture etc. Definitely not what we paid for, unbelievable.
