La ubicación es excelente, super cerca de la playa. La atención muy buena siempre atentos a cualquier duda. La calidad de la comida podría mejorar. Las instalaciones cubrieron nuestras espectatibas. Regresaremos de seguro.

Just home from a week at this Apart-hotel in Alcudia. Area - great location for the stunning beach, shops and restaurants. A nice walk to the old town, surrounded by a castle with lovely, more exclusive shops, cafes, restaurants and where the market is held on Tuesday and Thursdays. Plenty buses to take you to old town, Puerto Pollensa, Palma etc. Alcudia Garden is well named with beautifully maintained gardens, trees around the blocks. Great pools for adults, younger children and babies. There's always plenty sunbeds and deck chairs if you prefer to sit in the gardens. Lots of entertainment day and night. Staff at reception were busy but efficient and friendly. Cleaning staff were polite and friendly. There is a spa with lots of great treatments, unfortunately we didn't have time to try these out. We stayed on a room only basis but we paid to eat in the hotel for 1 night and food was good. We paid to have 1 breakfast but didn't like the breakfast offer as we felt it catered for the European travellers more. The hotel has offers for upgrading your stay to all inclusive for part week/ full week with offers of 3 for 2 days/7 for 5 days. Towels are available for hire if you need a beach towel. There's a bookcase to access books which were plentiful. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Lots of families at the property. Would we return - absolutely and we'd recommend this Apart-hotel to people with young families.

Few things I liked about this hotel: good service/plasent staff, closeness to the beach, to the other atractions too 10-30 min by foot for example to the port or Playa de Muro, or the Old town, sustainability and eco concept of the hotel, organic corner in restaurant Few things that I didn't like: insane amount of noise in dining area and crowd/lines/waiting time for food, the main show event for children starts end ends very late around 22:30 o'clock

Just returned from Alcudia Garden apart hotel. Can honestly say we had an amazing stay. All the staff were very helpful nothing was too much. The may thing I was most impressed with was the restaurant staff Carly and Benjamin. My daughter is coeliac and requires a gluten free diet. Every meal time Carly or Benjamin walked us around the buffet area showing us what she could eat. I would highly recommend this hotel for coeliacs. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay x

The hotel is in a central location. Close to beach and a supermarket across the road. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Pool area is clean and plenty of beds available. Room was clean but basic, would choose a pool view next time. Staff were friendly and always ready to help if needed.

Mum and 17year old went for a week- our first time in Alcudia. Lovely location- with shops, bars and restaurants all handy. Lovely stroll to the magnificent port area with loads to do. The beach is 2 minute walk away and is gorgeous. The hotel is super clean, the adults entertainment starts at 9pm and was actually great! Food was delicious and varied. Sonething for everyone- although we're not fussy. The pool was gorgeous if a little deep for us as we're not confident swimmers and didn't feel justified going into the children's one as my daughter is 17 yrs old! The room was great with lots of space for rhe two of us- good shower. Not bothered by 1 mosquito - we wore bands and jungle spray after some reviews about mosquito- whether it was the protection or people were a bit dramatic- who knows. Overall great experience- we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Alcudia garden. The room was nice and clean. The resort is the most suitable for family’s with children but they do try their best to entertain the adults also. Especially liked the show of the animation team, SPOILER ALERT, the lion king! And ofcourse the Aqua Fun with Uli. The highlight of the week was the Aqua Zumba with Alicía, had a little bachata clinic afterwards in the sun it was super nice! Thank you so much!☀️ 1, 2, 3, musicaaaaa (super loud)

What a beautiful hotel. Staff are wonderful from the moment you enter the building. The room was clean and had everything you need( free safe with was brilliant) a kettle would be useful. General wear and tear but no issue to us. The hotel gardens were just immaculate, they work so hard to keep it in that condition. The pool was lovely and clean but absolutely freezing and the only thing that was bad about the hotel. (A suggestion to the hotel would be to have it heated in the colder months) The kid’s entertainment was brilliant, they do so much for the kids, even Halloween decorations all over the hotel, just these little touches is what made it stand out to us. In terms of the food, we only went in the restaurant one day, food was nice but needs to cater more for vegetarians and vegans.

Stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter for a 5 night, half term self catering break. Everything was of a high standard, the staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the main pool and reception was well decorated for Halloween, staff put in a lot of effort. The room had a balcony, large bathroom with a great shower. Kitchen area had a toaster, coffee pot, pans ( no kettle), 2 ring hob and microwave. Beds were comfy, 2 large wardrobes, (but not a lot of shelves) and a free safe. There is a lot if street noise, but it is a busy resort, even in late October. The pools were clean and large, but cold. The indoor pool was small but great to use, but did get a bit overcrowded. Great place to stay, handy for everything and close to a fab beach. Would visit again.

Arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The reception area is lovely and clean. Check in was easy, and I was impressed that you are given a bracelet which contains a chip which is also your room key - so no need to actually carry a key or card - simply use the bracelet against the door lock to open it. I’ve never seen this before, but with 3 of us in the room, it meant that none of us had to carry a key anywhere. The room itself was nice, but some signs of wear and tear, but that didn’t bother us. The pool was cold, but nice and clean, with plenty of loungers around the pool. We booked room only, but upgraded to all inclusive on check in as they had an offer, which worked out at around 40 euro per day. There is an onsite restaurant, with in door and out door seating. An evening bar and a poolside bar - all serving drinks all day and night. The hotel is a 1 min walk to the beach, and really well located. As a family, we all really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back. It’s less than a 30 min walk to the old town, so no real need to hire a vehicle. The only negative, is that on the first night we went to the restaurant, we asked a member of the catering team which foods contained gluten (we had one person who had an allergy). The member of staff wasn’t at all helpful, but we realised that above each plate of food there was a QR code. We scanned the code and it took us to a list of ingredients, so we were happy we could work out what ingredients were in each dish. On the final night, one of the chefs saw us scanning the code and told us we couldn’t rely on the codes to be accurate. This worried us - if the codes arnt accurate, why use them? Luckily we didn’t have a severe allergy, but this could be a major issue to someone. Please make it clear what ingredients are in each dish. Aside from this, our stay was great and we would go back again.

Amazing value for money. The beach is very close and it is beautiful. Very nice and big pool. Food is good but the restaurant gets very loud and crowded. The shows at night are always nice. Beds are unfortunately not very comfortable. Overall a great family place.

Absolytely perfect stay....nothing to day bad about this place. We loced it so much we will be coming bavk next year ....the staff were absilutely brilliant. Rooms very clean and the weather is fantastic. Cant wait to come back to alcudia gardens

Nice hotel, decent room but the food wasn't great. Most of the food was only warm, not hot, lunch time was the worst, hardly anyone in the restaurant most days so food left going cold. Certainly not being kept at a minimum of 63c as required. Couple of breakfasts we had undercooked sausages and warm eggs and beans, see attached photo. Mentioned it to Jet2 reps who were apologetic and were going to do an inspection, but had advised the hotel they were coming in advance!. Going back again in March (already booked so too late to change without a massive cost). Hopefully things will have improved.

This hotel is a real gem with the location fantastic, less than a minutes walk from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to great bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the rooms are more than comfortable. (no kettle or toaster provided, altho we took a travel kettle after reading reviews. Hotel may have provided but didn't ask). The pool area is ideal for families, yes the sunbeds were in demand but this is to be expected in August. Likewise the dining room was very busy at times but again to be expected. The food offered was a great selection and something for everyone. We hired bikes from the hotel which were €10 each per day, great for exploring locally. All of the staff go above and beyond, and are friendly and helpful. Special mention for Magda at guest services who sorted our minor Air con issue. Would definitely recommend and woukd return.
