From A to Z a wonderful experience! Friendly reception, super rooms with plenty of space, the food was exceptional from breakfast to dinner and the staff couldn’t do enough to make sure the holiday was enjoyable. From start to finish, from reception to dining room the service was top!

We spontaneously decided to stay three nights at the Albris following my cousin's recommendation. With half board, mainly because of the praised food. Unfortunately, I picked up a "bug" on the first evening and dinner was out before it was eaten. On the second evening I only ate soup and some salad. Less than an hour later, the chills and stomach cramps really started. My partner ate alone on the third evening. I was plagued by terrible diarrhea until Saturday morning. My partner was luckier; he had the same thing the previous night, but the nightmare was over 24 hours later. I'm taking two stars off because, despite an obvious intestinal infection, no discount was given for my missed dinner. I also found it annoying that we were not seated in the beautiful pine room or cozy restaurant as described, but in a "front area" where guests were drinking an aperitif or waiting for a table. Or where hotel guests were with dogs. As a dog lover, this didn't bother me, but it was just not as cozy in this area next to the buffet and at the entrance to the terrace as in the Arvensaal or in the cozy restaurant. It seemed to us as if the hotel had been overbooked. What a pity. The staff were very friendly. It was annoying that on the third evening the cleaning staff suddenly appeared in the room (I was looking after the bed while my partner ate dinner). Also that on the third morning the waste bin on the table and the half-empty bottle of mineral water from the previous evening were missing (the waitress assured us that he would put the half-empty bottle out for us the next morning). I really liked the plate with six biscuits from the Kochendörfer bakery in the room. And the beds were very comfortable. The two saunas and the steam bath were also well maintained, the relaxation room was functional but very cool. We particularly appreciated the large heated bike cellar and ski room.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Albris for the first time and had a good room with lots of Swiss pine. Very nice and clean. Great hosts with a very friendly team. The delicious breakfast with a selection of fresh bread was a hit. The half board was also delicious (half portions can also be ordered); the gourmet carousel was also great. Beautiful wellness area for relaxing. The hotel is in a quiet and ideal location. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, so we could start all activities (including alpine skiing) by bus. We would love to come back.

Sehr erholsame Auszeit im schönen und familiär geführten Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer der Kategorie „best“ was tipptopp war: viel Stauraum, modernes Badzimmer, alles äusserst sauber. Das Frühstückbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen, besonders erwähnt sei hier die grosse Brot- und Backwarenauswahl, alles frisch und fein! Das Menu am Abend hatte für alle etwas: Fleisch, Fisch, Vegi und auch halbe Portionen. Originell, frisch und sehr fein gekocht. Erwähnenswert das Vorspeisen- und Salatbuffet, einfach top! Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der „neue“ Arvensaal ist eine sehr gelungene Mischung zwischen Alt und Neu, äusserst geschmackvoll und mit Stil gestaltet und möbliert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Camere nuove o rifatte da poco, con ottimo gusto e ben curate. Comoscevo la struttura come ristorante di pesce, ma anche come albergo è stata un'esperienza eccellente. Molto comodo il parcheggio coperto

Preis Leistung- Leistung- Verhältnis ist super! Schönes saubreres Hotelzimmer, nette Mitarbeiter/-innen, bequemes Bett. Lage Perfekt gute Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Auch mit dem Auto genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.
