Upon our check-in we immediately noticed trash strewn about the grass areas and dozens of cigarette butts scattered about the walkways and lawn. There were plastic bottles, food scraps, wrappers and various other gross items strewn about the grass areas outside all of the rooms. In 25+ rooms there are families living at the property (on a permanent basis) that clearly do not care about the other hotel “guests”. In the evening, furniture from inside the rooms had been moved out to the walkway and lawn area. From 7:30p until well past midnight there were adults speaking very loudly and children running about screaming in the common area. On both sides of our room were adults smoking in non-smoking rooms. I expressed my displeasure on the first and second day to the front desk staff, but nothing changed. As for the room itself, the floor and the bathroom clearly hadn’t had a deep clean in a long time. We used sanitizing wipes on all the hard surfaces before settling in. In hopes of getting the room well cleaned on our first night, I left a tip for housekeeping. Imagine my surprise when the money was taken BUT the room was NOT cleaned. The only thing we got were new towels left on the bed. We had stayed at this property several times in the past, so were SHOCKED by the change. It was our favorite hotel because we travel with dogs. Prior to this stay, we were able to safely walk dogs at any time of the night or early morning. It's also near several great food choices. Previously, the rooms had been very clean and the grounds well maintained; not any more. This is such a disappointment. I will not be returning.

We stayed March 15 to 17, 2023. Amanda was amazing, asked for an early check-in, she made sure we had it then followed up to make sure we were all set. I had a health medical emergency (hit the emergency button on the phone in the room) and the staff was at our door in one minute, and Tony from the front desk then ensured paramedics got to the room, then secured the room. Staff made sure my husband knew when he arrived later that night and then they followed up to make sure I was okay. This staff, all of them, Georgia? the housekeeper all work together to make sure our stay was excellent. Food is super delish too, and the manager in the restaurant is the best, making certain everyone is all set. THIS IS OUR FAVORITE property (we each are Hilton Diamond), stay here many times, but the extra care and follow-up is so appreciated and reflective of the management. The property is beautiful and quiet, and extremely well maintained.

It was good. Simple stuff - towels, bed, shower, and that's pretty much it. That's all I need. I come every year to stay for a couple nights but that's the longest I would stay. If it had a kitchen, then maybe I would stay longer.

We stayed 7 days so we were able to assess over the long term. Check-in was a breeze and each of the front-desk staff was polite and friendly. They were helpful and accommodating no matter the reason for the encounter, including a successful dry cleaning job overnight. The hotel lobby, breakfast room and lobby were homey and clean. The room was more than comfortable and spacious. It was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was upgraded and QUIET—imagine that!!! You are able to control its functions also! Such a concept!!! Laundry facilities, although expensive at $4 per 30 minute wash and $4 per 45 minute dry worked as expected and completely dried clothes in one 45 minute drying session. One suggestion is that the washer needs to have the rubber around the front door sanitized once a week by housekeeping or other such service. This would eliminate the odor in the washer. I used a 99% sanitizer in the washer for each load, which worked adequately. The housekeeping staff was also exemplary. They were accommodating to my every request and went out of their way to make sure adequate supplies were placed into the room without being asked. They were respectful of sleeping hours but seemed to always be nearby whenever I needed something, whether it be extra or clean towels or an unexpected bed change. Thank you Ayres, We will certainly be back during our next visit to California.

Stayed here for 3 nights to attend a high school reunion. It is conveniently located in a quiet location and close to the freeways. Stayed on the 4th floor. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had the daily breakfast which had a nice selection. Annie at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. Marco in the breakfast area was great too. He was very friendly and attentive. He kept everything clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time. Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. She confirms to me that compensation will be gi

GGuest UserThe location is good, right next to the highway. Parking is convenient and free. The room facilities are pretty good. I have been staying here all the time. The service staff are friendly.
GGuest UserOpted to stay at hotel because Claremont Doubletree was more expensive. Additionally, the hotel has closed corridors, which is safer for a woman traveling alone. PRO Clean hotel Nice shower Comfy king bed Fridge and microwave in room Climate control for air conditioning easy to use Espresso available at restaurant Easy check in. Mei was helpful and friendly! CON Both treadmills down in gym Dusty behind night stand Litter around grounds in parking lot Cell phone tower is right next to property. KNOW: $10 day for parking. I opted to park in the parking garage. Used to be Shilo Inn, more Diamond Bar area than Pomona. Wendy’s is right next door if you’re craving fries and a chocolate milk shake. Starbucks down the street. Gas station right there
AAilvyouzhongdemeishaonvOriginally, there was a free parking lot, so I booked a hotel so far away, but I didn't expect that there were black people organizing activities here for a few days. The breakfast was very noisy, and these black people were also very rude and smelly.
GGuest UserA few good things to say about this hotel and a few bad things. First of all, watch out for the wifi fees. Every U.S. hotel where I've stayed in the past 20 years has had free wifi. I think this hotel is stuck in the 20th century. The hotel's wifi registration page says Bonvoy members get free wifi, but it won't grant you access until you choose one of the paid options from the drop-down menu. I called the front desk. They confirmed my Bonvoy status and assured me that it was just a software issue and the charges would not appear on my bill. When the charges *did* appear on my bill, archaically labeled ”Telephone” charges, I insisted they remove it, which they did, but without apology. I tried to explain to the manager that wifi is a basic hotel service -- like electricity and plumbing -- and that needs to be included in the cost of the room. He said, ”It's a standard charge at all our properties.” Not sure if ”all our properties” means all Sheratons, but if so I certainly will think twice before staying at a Sheraton again. Then there's the parking fee. The lady at the front desk when we were checking in said there would be a $16/day charge to self-park my car on-site. That seemed surprising, but I figured I didn't have a choice. Maybe what she meant to say was that valet parking would cost $16/day and self-parking on-site was free. But when no charge appeared on my bill for parking, I didn't ask questions. The two computer terminals at the business center were in different states of confusion when I went to print my boarding passes, but someone from the front desk was quickly able to get one of them set straight. There was only one architectural design flaw that concerned me -- there are no stairs. Oh, there's a fire exit, but it's essentially a fire *escape* -- one-way outbound and not into the lobby. So if the 3 elevators at this ~300-room hotel get backed up -- which happened to us when an entire summer camp of teenagers staying the hotel showed up all at once -- there's no ”I'll take the stairs” option. On the plus side, the rooms were quite clean and spacious, had complimentary bottled waters and mini-fridges, and had ample electrical plugs for device charging. The food in the restaurant was quite delicious and worth the slightly longer-than-expected wait. Not sure if we'll stay here again. Might consider it if the hotel -- and its ”other properties” -- decides to get with the century and stop charging for wifi.
YYEE MANThe hotel breakfast is super rich, it is the best I have in the United States, the yogurt dessert bread coffee juice has, the room is also the most comfortable, impeccable ~ cost-effective ~ next to 50 meters there is a macic inside the cosmetics is very complete
JJIANIn the self-driving tour of Los Angeles, the original motel was full of 6 rooms, and it was decided. However, the beds in the standard rooms in the United States are two large beds (the beds are really big) and the rooms are very clean.
MMah PComfortable bed and clean environment. We were looking for a quite place to rest after a long day of travel and they accommodated us perfectly, the front desk was welcoming and warm to deal with. If anyone is travelling with kids and family this is the hotel we recommend. Keep up the good work guys!..
SSHENGKAIBOBook two big bed rooms, the bed is very big, the thin person feels that one can sleep three people, there is no breakfast there, not far from the early shop opened by the Chinese, it is cheap and delicious, the boss is very good Chinese Communication, the parking lot in front of the door, the hotel location is close to the high speed, a bit noisy, the hotel facilities are generally sanitary, others are good, it is worth staying
