The most helpful and friendly staff. We stayed for the EDR race and had our own garage, the hotel room was great too. Uplift day with Mario was amazing, was shown so ma Thanks you for the great hospitality!

We spent 5 days at the residence to unplug and I must say: mission accomplished! Very clean apartment, new, well equipped with everything (sorry, bed linen, dishes etc.) recently renovated, small buildings. We had a large double room with also a bunk bed, kitchen with sofa bed and bathroom. Very kind and super helpful staff. The apartments are located a little outside the seafront but in a quiet area and you can easily reach the center / promenade of Pietra on foot or by bike. Being winter we couldn't use the swimming pool but just seeing it made us want to go back in the summer☺. There is also a small playground and the possibility of using bicycles. We enjoyed it. A nice experience!

Die Appartements sind gut ausgestattet, bieten genügend Platz, sind aber leider etwas hellhörig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann Fahrräder ausleihen und es werden Fahrrad-Touren angeboten, auch geführt von Mario Perodi selbst. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet genügend schöne öffentliche Badestrände, die nicht an Hotels gebunden sind.

Mi sono trovato a mio agio, servizi necessari vicini, cortesia e gentilezza da parte dei gestori. La possibilità poi di portare il nostro cagnolino in spiaggia è stata la cosa più bella per noi. Inoltre, avendo un malato al 100% invalido non ho avuto alcun problema od ostacolo nel residence che ci ha accolto.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui con 2 bambini piccoli e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per l’appartamento trovato pulito e in perfette condizioni , sia per lo staff e l’intrattenimento proposto per grandi e piccoli! Unico appunto: i 4 piani di scale a piedi 😅

Siamo arrivati nella struttura arrivando da una settimana in un villaggio. Sapevamo di non aver prenotato lo stesso tipo di soggiorno ma l'impatto non è stato il massimo. Beh...il tutto è svanito in un flash. Ci accomodiamo al bar in attesa dell'appartamento e veniamo accolti con un'aria più che familiare oltre che golosa. La piscina che ci era sembrata piccola ci ha regalato momenti di relax e chiaccherw a cominciare dalle persone che vi lavorano ai vicini di ombrellone. Le serate organizzate ci hanno fatto vivere ore spensierate e poi arriva l'appartamento....un gioiellino. Completo di tutto e mi sono sentita a casa. Insomma...volevamo trattenerci ancora. Anzi sono ancora qui a cercare se trovo un last minute per ritornare qualche giorno. Unico consiglio??? Qualche serata in più di karaoke
