Best Four Star Hotels in Piestany

The location of the hotel is good. There is not smiling stuff, nobody say hello, we are glad that you arrived. In Slovakia the receptionists, the waiters and waitresses are mainly unfriendly. In Magnolia we have had two terrible experience. One was the wellness. It is written that the facility is open from 14: 00 till 21:00. The tall blond lady start to close the facility at 20: 25. She closes the camp-chairs, opens the doors of the saunas. When I ask what happens: she shout on me: you not have bought sauna ticket (we have had full facility on wellness) ”you don' t have anything' shouted. I think that this style and attitude is inacceptabel even on a market place not in a 4* hotel. The other terrible event was when we accepted a pocket from abroad via GLS. We could follow the route of the pocket on internet. One receptioniest has taken over the pocket. We asked: where is the pocket: the receptionist said: there is not pocket. We have shown the name of the person who has taken over the pocket. we hav got in this way the pocket. In addition the photos of the Hotel are not exact.

A fabulous spa-hotel at even more fabulous price. Please beware - staff speaks NO ENGLISH, please. not to be mistaken - this is a 3.5 stars spa-hotel, but the combination of price*quality is just unbeatable! Went there for spa threatments. Great - great - great - everything! Food, cleanliness, the staff, spa. enjoyed every moment. the best month to come is May - when roses around are in full blosssom. highly recomended place for a budget traveler.

I had a fantastic trip here in November that could’ve been a disaster but wasn’t due to the amazing manager (Branov) and all the employees. I came specifically for the wellness treatments, so was excited for a weeklong stay. Unfortunately when I met with the dr to prescribe a plan, a condition I have precluded me from any of the treatment I’d specifically come to receive. I’d written in advance to double check this was ok, and unfortunately received a reply that led me to believe I could. After graciously accepting their mistake, the team did everything they could to ensure my stay was still a good one. The property is beautiful, the surrounding area was great to explore ( esp if you like country walks or trail running). I also loved the outdoor pool and infrared sauna. It ended up being the fantastic relaxing trip I’d wanted, just worked out differently than I’d planned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you double check any pre-existing conditions with the clinic (being as specific as possible)
