Pleasant treatment by helpful staff. Fantastic view! Good breakfast that includes eggs, bacon and fruit in addition to the usual. Very good cleaning. Can also recommend having dinner on the hotel's terrace in the evening. Close to nice beach.

This quaint hotel is fantastic, our room was spacious with a balcony and beautiful views. We would recommend anyone staying in Piano di Sorrento stay here, the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to cater to us. The food at the adjoining restaurant was fantastic and it also came with beautiful views. The hotel was local to the train station, a small supermarket and the harbour, making it an ideal location. We had a fantastic experience and would 100% stay at Hotel Klein Wein again.

We had a meal at the roof top restaurant on the 5th floor & I have to say the sliced beef dish was very tasty....we were a little underwhelmed by the desserts but the views more than made up for it! Good value for money! Very friendly staff who accommodated us while we waited for the restaurant to open.

The hotel is basic and clean, and the reception staff could not be more helpful. The views from the sea room and the restaurant are lovely. We dined in the restaurant one night also and it was surprisingly good food and good value too. Breakfast could be improved (especially the coffee!) and so could the waiter service in the main restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening. Fortunately the cafe downstairs does a great coffee (and pizza) and exceptional service. Overall was good value. Has a lot of potential to be excellent.

Recently stayed for a week at the hotel and had a great experience with this hotel! The staff in particular are extremely friendly and helpful! The room was basic but spacious and very clean- it had everything you needed! The only slightly negative aspect was the breakfast which was the same everyday and could have had a better selection. By train and bus, it's easy to reach sorrento from here ( piano di sorrento) however, the public transport is extremely unreliable with the trains/buses often not showing up, so be prepared to walk the 40 minutes into Sorrento as we had to do a few times ( not the hotel's fault, just an observation). Would definitely recommend this place just for the staff alone.

Indecent. I've stayed in much better hostels. It is located in an apartment building. From the photos you can see the state of degradation the structure is in. Terrible service. Improbable breakfast! Worst value for money I have ever experienced in my life. I wonder how it is possible that it has 3 stars. For me it can't even be classified as a hotel! I'm not exaggerating. The only thing is the view which alone cannot justify the 3 stars considering the conditions of the structure. I am speechless. I leave photos and videos that speak for themselves. For the money we spent we should really appeal. Experience beyond belief.

Hotel kept in poor condition, at least give it back a paint, breakfast ??? What a breakfast a croissant, bread put there without sense, not even Nutella single portions, or well-made jams, bah !!! A very unpleasant experience regarding the hotel ... In the morning over the noise of rude customers and this is obviously not the fault of those who manage, the sun that enters my room because there is no curtain and it does not close the door. roller shutter, three stars ????? We stayed at this property over the weekend. The room was clean, lacked some attention but the food was terrible. Starting from the cured meats and ending with the fruit... everything was old. The spaghetti (at dinner) was reheated from lunch and the frozen sea bream fillet was inedible. Facing the sea, yes, but that's not enough.
