Hotels near Thalang Road, Phuket

The hotel is value for money. It is nearby the beach . The room is clean. However, it is quite far from city center. The problem I got is on the check in date the hotel provided the duplicated room with another guest. However, the front office staff took immediate action to find the new room for me. Overall is good.

it had everything it had a mini cinema a kids playroom a yoga room and two restraunts and a ps5 with a nice pool and massage and the rooms were very spacios and it had a football club and ladies night wich makes it a amazing hotel and it is a eco freindly hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hill Mnya in Phuket, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of customer service provided. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Stayed for 8 nights in this hotel with my wife. Excellent hotel overall. Very clean indeed, staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They open doors for you as you enter reception, take you bags to your room, help sort car / moped hire etc, The room was very clean and well appointed. Bath and beach towels are provided and they change these as frequently a you need. They also provide all the usual essentials including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bottled water every day. Kettle, hob, large sink and basic utensils, glasses, cups etc were all provided. Also an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying stand. The big kitchen sink is easily bug enough to do clothes washing in. Room service was excellent each day. Balcony size on normal rooms was slightly small, especially as was shared with two large air conditioning units (all balconies appear the same) so this made the balcony cramped, noisy and hot when air conditioning was on. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining restaurant. This was excellent offering fresh hot and cold food, eggs made to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelettes, etc), bacon, sausages, fruit, bread, croissants, etc etc. Seemed to have everything included plentiful supply of juices, coffee, tea, etc. Most things self-service but the staff were on hand to help and to clear used dished. The location of the hotel means it is a 15 minute to the beach and 15 minutes to the main restaurant area known as Boat Avenue. Fortunately the hotel runs a shuttle bus service twice an hour to both locations and back until 9.10pm. Would be nice if slightly later coming back from Boat Avenue, but taxis and tuk-tuks were on hand although these aren't the cheapest. The main local beach is Bang Tao beach. This is lovely. Very clean (as everywhere seems to be here), soft white sand, gentle shelving into the water with no stones or rocks. Shame about sea lice the bite / sting in the water but they are everywhere in this part of the world depending on time of year and they are a very minor irritation. Also good availability of sun-beds as well as beverages from the beach shacks. Lots of fresh water showers and there is parking next to the beach as well as toilets. Boat Avenue has plenty of nice restaurants - see my other reviews if you want to see where we went and what we thoughts. Lots to choose from. Most restaurants seem to slow down food service after 9.30pm and this is not a clubby resort. Was just right for us though as there were plenty of bars and some with live music (check out The Mexican bar and restaurant). Wine is not cheap here and starts around £30 a bottle - although some could be found around £25. We stuck to beer with dinner. There is also a handy large supermarket selling everything you could need and is right by taxi station and open until 10pm. Final top tip about this area is to visit on a Friday night if you can as the street market is great with street food and live music. Easy to hire cars and

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is located away from the beaches, but it is very convenient by bike. It’s sterilely clean, the washed floor is creaky with cleanliness, snow-white towels, clean and pleasant bed linen, a comfortable bed 🔥🔥🔥 Silence at night and during the day, only the roosters crow. You can have a great night's sleep. The apartment has a mini kitchen and a table in the living area, very convenient for breakfast. The only thing missing was a shower curtain. I 100% recommend the hotel for travelers with personal transport. You can rent a bike nearby.

If you're only staying in Phuket a couple of days, this hotel is satisfactory. It's quite close to the beach and shopping if you need to buy anything. There are two important things to note: 1) There is a 1,000 Baht deposit you have to pay upon check in. You get the deposit back when you check out. 2) The address/name on the site does not take you to the hotel. The hotel is the ICheck Inn Chill Patong and the address is 18 / 1Rat-u-thit ,200 pee road, kathu, Phuket, 83150, Thailand.

Stay here for a 3 nights stay, really like the cleanness of the hotel and close to all the attractions and shopping malls. U won’t go hungry as there are many eating houses and restaurants both locals and overseas foods. Not mentioning lot of bars and bistros to choose from if you out for a drinks. Like the close proximity of Bangle street, so much vibes and fun’s

Stayed in the hotel only as I am leaving very early tomorrow to Khao Lak. Its a good pitstop hotel probably not for long term. The location is not exactly on a prime location. Its in the middle of a road with nothing much happening around. You need to travel 10 minutes by car to get to anything worth mentioning. Other than that the price is very spot on. Less than $20 I paid for a triple room, couldnt really complain much. Room is clean but the age of the room is already showing. Bathroom for instance is mouldy. AC is very loud. But you get past it for the price you pay. Recommended for short stay, not for long term. There's parking with security, which was a plus.

Nice quiet resort away from the buzz. 7-11 and convenience store less than 5 mins away. The beach is a short walk of 10 mins. Kata walking street is also around 10 mins away. Various massage shops within walking distance. The room is big , looks clean and tidy. Walk in pool is nice but the view for the room is quite bad facing the gym and children's playroom.. Also no door mat for pool access .. have to walk with wet feet across the room to the toilet. Everything else was ok until check out day where a simple request for a bottle of mineral was rejected.

Don’t hesitate. Good people. Great welcoming. Perfect if you want to be close to phuket town but not the middle of it. Everything one may need for is around also.
