This is a treasure homestay that is very friendly to Chinese people. The owner is Chinese, and the owner's wife, Sister Mei, is warm and thoughtful. She started adding WeChat to communicate various details in advance from the moment of booking, and arranged our family's itinerary properly. The plane was delayed and arrived in the middle of the night. Sister Mei kept in touch with us until we arrived safely. In this extraordinary period, I really felt safe. The room was spacious and bright, and every detail was handled very well. Anti-collision strips were installed on each corner, and there was an independent washing machine. Although there were not many types of breakfast, each one was exquisite and delicious. The most comfortable thing to eat every day in Phuket for so many days was breakfast. The swimming pool and garden were super beautiful, and the kids had a lot of fun. They had a lot of fun soaking in the water every day. There are 2 711s and Thai restaurants within a 100-meter walk nearby. If you want to eat Chinese food, Sister Mei can also help order Chinese takeout, which is really worry-free.

Very quiet location away from the hustle and bustle - no problem getting a taxi. Convenient to Raiwai and Kata beaches and Phuket town. We booked the villa , spacious with nice pool. Staff were friendly and eager to please. Breakfast was non- western , which was no problem, but may not suit everyone. It a pool a children play area, and lots of parking. Easy to find off the mai road.

When I booked the hotel, I thought the photos looked good, but there was only one review, so I was a little nervous. I didn't expect it to be such a great villa. It was clean and tidy, the service was very attentive, and the breakfast made by the chef was very exquisite, changing every day. It was also very convenient to the tourist market. Yaya who served us was very considerate. The two girls wanted to go to the spa at night, and she was worried about our safety, so she asked her husband to take us there for free and pick us up. We were very touched. We paid tips as a return gift. It was really considerate. The villa is worth a try, I like it very much!

The location of the hotel is very close to kata beach couple blocks walking 8-10 min The room is huge and clean . We only experienced that our room was located in the 9 floor we had to take 2 elevators and climb stairs up which wasn’t fun at all and 2 days the first elevator was broken so we need to ask for a card service from the hotel to take us to the room . Other than the location of the room we have nothing else to mention that we consider a disadvantage. The swimming pool was nice , hotel has a great view of kata beach

Big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The swimming pool is great for families with children. 7 minutes walking to the beach. Staff is helpful and respectful! The only thing disappointing was the breakfast: basic and repetitive. It could definitely improve the breakfast.

Some of the rooms are newly built and some are old. The family room I booked was not too big and was very clean. It had a balcony and there was a swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast is okay. There are also wontons that you can order as you like, both Chinese and Western. Open until 10 o'clock. The water in the swimming pool is very clean and it is cleaned every day. The waiters are also very kind. The key point is that the boss is Chinese and very considerate. Our airport drop-off was in the afternoon. After learning about it, we were able to delay check-out until 2 o'clock for free. We also gave him drinks while waiting for the bus. I have already recommended it to my friends!

Отдыхали в данном отеле в феврале 2023 года 11 ночей. Знали куда летим и все нюансы, но приятная цена за новый отель сделала свое дело) При заселении взымается депозит 100 $ или €. В период нашего проживания частично работали 2 корпуса с однокомнатными номерами. Но к концу отдыха, корпус с двухкомнатными номерами у бассейна начали отмывать и заселять. Всего будет 8 корпусов. Мы жили во втором корпусе, в котором находится временный ресепшен. Все корпуса построены. Есть внутренняя отделка и даже мебель. Никакой стройки и шума нет. Полностью отель начнёт работу только в марте 2024 года. Наш номер находился на втором этаже, окна выходили на дорогу. Но так как корпуса отеля расположены на тупиковой улочке, всегда очень тихо. Напротив нет построек, растут бананы и по утрам поют птицы. Это теневая сторона. Окна противоположных номеров выходили на бассейн, там всегда солнце. На мой взгляд отель вполне готов к размещению гостей. В нашем номере мы жили первые. Все новое, чистое. Приятный интерьер (качество ремонта не самое лучшее, но это мелочи). Сами номера довольно просторные. Есть все необходимое: халат, тапочки, питьевая вода, гигиенические принадлежности. Кухня особо не нужна, но в целом было удобно мыть и хранить фрукты.. другую еду и напитки. Ничего из кухонной утвари там нет, кроме 2х кружек и ложек. Но мы сами купили все необходимое (нож, доска, губка, фужеры и тд), цены там на все копеечные. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Из тв каналов работал только Первый. Убирают прилично, вопросов особо не было. В первый день показала, где получше помыть - все сделали. Единственное, что меня немного смущало -это, действительно, громко работающий кондиционер. Но,в целом, к нему быстро привыкаешь и перестаешь обращать внимание. И еще не понравилось, что в жилых корпусах до сих пор не отмыты окна на лестницах, очень портит общий вид(( Бассейн многоуровневый, у каждого корпуса. Уже полностью функционирует. Есть детский бассейн. Бар у бассейна работал, но были только напитки. Местоположение отеля на мой взгляд очень удачное. До кафе, магазинов пешком несколько минут, но при этом сам отель стоит в очень тихом месте. В целом нужно понимать, что район Раваи и Найхарн будут прилично отличаться от районов Карон, Каты и Патонга. Здесь более тихо и спокойно. Но, лично нам наш район очень нравился. Рядом хороший пляж Найхарн, множество кафе с самым разнообразным меню, рыбный рынок со свежайшими морепродуктами. Находится в самом начале пляжа Раваи, где пирс. Покупаете морепродукты и там же в кафе их готовят. На удивление, всегда вкусно в основном. Приготовить 1 кг морепродуктов -100 бат. 0,5 кг -75 бат. В отеле есть бесплатный трансфер на пляж Найхарн. Добираться туда максимум 5 минут. Пляжные полотенца можно брать на ресепшен. Пляж красивый, широкий. Море очень чистое. Есть лежаки по 200 бат за 2 шт. Так же недалеко расположен пляж Януй (находится между пляжем Раваи и Найхарн). Но он очень небольшой. Там можно взять в аренду каяки или поснорклить. Мимо него пр

Tastefully designed hotel. Spacious room. It would have been better if the different blocks were connected by sheltered walkways. Breakfast was delicious with limited options, but the pool was beautiful and large. Staff were generally friendly. Do note that there are several cats within the hotel. This resort is also very popular among Chinese tourists.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

We had a great stay here. We first got free upgrade to the family room. The staff were friendly and helpful. What I was really grateful about was that I left Phuket for Krabi in a hurry so I forgot my envelop with cash in it (28k Balt). I called the hotel hoping someone could have found and kept it for me. But to be honest I didn’t have high hope as 28k Balt is a lot of money to the locals. To my great surprise they found it in the safe, and my power bank. A special thanks to the manager, Nancy!
