The location of the hotel was wonderful just across the karon beach. Nice breakfast and pool. but bit busy with russin tourist.

Very near to the beach, prime location and easy to find restaurants and of course halal food too. Tuktuk just one call away. Suitable for families... my kids really love the pool..

It was good with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Only had free wifi in the lobby and not in the rooms. Felt like a budget airline that was trying to milk every cent. At the same time though, you could leave the aircon on while not in the room. That's where you guys can save money.

The breakfast was nice, but as it is a very large hotel there was always a queue to get the food. Maybe they should have two people making the eggs during high season.

enjoyed our stay, ocean in a 1 minutes walk from hotel, room is clean, hotel have three swimkngt pools, also nice garden, nearby many restaurants, and small shops, price during low season very nice can recommend

Its an average hotel on the quiet side of Karon. Booked a family room which has an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, smelled like sewage. The housekeeping staff was friendly. Pool is small. Too many Russians stayed in this hotel during our stay and they were not friendly people. Overall I think Phuket is very different now with too many of them

Terrible. Construction noise on both sides of my room. Hotels should tell you that they are undertaking major work. It’s was unbearable and I left early. Very dissatisfied with the hotel management for not publishing this work. I feel ripped off due too this.

Great hotel. Right across the beach. Nice breakfast, wide variety. Convenient. Multiple pools. Friendly staff at reception. Great hotel.

This reminded me of quality hospitality in thailand of years ago and before Covid. No problems at all. Everything was seamless. Room was good with some privacy and less near to noise. There are many different swimming pools available for different needs. Would be nice for a jacuzzi and sauna but that’s a minor suggestion. I enjoyed staying there except for some mere remarks by the bartender, at the pool, this hotel would be perfect! Overall it was the best choice of slightly affordable hotel of area due to a work meeting nearby.

The hotel is just across Karon beach, so you can sea the ocean from your breakfast table which is quite nice for the price. My room was tucked away in the far end though, in probably an older building. Still okay, but it smelled of some chemical (against bugs? that were not there) and without a view, but okay for me. Breakfast was decent and the massage in the hotel also quite good and well priced.
