All the staff are rude, they are not helpful, laundry is very expensive, like 2.5kls of laundry we paid 5hb. guy in the counter is very rude also the thin lady, .staff are not friendly and helpful to the guest.room is very very dark..no enough light.no wifi on the 7th floor..staff are not educated.

The location is good nere the market. The room is not clean and the staff is good. There are many local food nere the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I stepped through the doors. The lobby was elegantly decorated, creating a sense of luxury without being overly ostentatious.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff displaying a high level of professionalism and friendliness. They provided all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and services, making me feel well-informed and taken care of.

Very close to patong walking street. The building had elevator. The room was quite big. Good value for money. Clean bathroom. The helpdesk had tourist information for booking tours. Good thing is that they accept credit cards.
