Second time here at Intercontinental Phuket and I’m still in awe. The resort is spacious, clean and filled with amenities and deserves the luxurious status.
During our stay this time, we had some issues with the room but received exceptional hospitality. The manager on duty was prompt in communication and personally attended to our queries and provided us with a very fair solution.
Can’t praise the hospitality and service enough at Intercontinental. The breakfast buffett and in-room dining are exceptional too.
Will visit again.

The hotel provides warm hospitality upon arrival, and at every touchpoint my husband and I have experienced. The staff at the concierge, dining, bar, and beach, literally everyone, make sure we are satisfied with the food or the experience.
It was just a super short stay with 1 night, but we did enjoy it so much, and it really eased our hectic tension away. We are back in the busy life, recharged, and we are thinking of visiting Phuket again.

Beautiful and new resort, very nice beach area, great room, great breakfast and beach side restaurant. We had an issue with the plumbing in our room, the front desk changed the room for one with a nicer view and gave us a fruit basket.
There are some nice local restaurants right on the beach within a walking distance from the hotel.
Very satisfying experience overall, I'd come back here again next time we're in Phuket.

beautiful interior, nice and pleasant rooms with all amenities! the food at the beach club is amazing, very kind staff, my guide Harley receptionist was very kind and always ready to help with all the services, I will definitely come back here again

We stayed in 2 bedroom villa. that wasn't good as a photo on the internet ( not so clean, and the smell) pool wasnt clean . the lady from the restaurant was so rude ! But nice place to take a picture. but not for a stay

Everything was just ok.
Had one day no HSKP service but it was fine as long as we can change the towels.
