Location is good. Many facilities including free use of sauna. Free shuttle bus to different places and sunset town. Free ticket to Kiss of the Sea Show at 9.30pm

Stayed at the hotel alone with 2 kids and it was great experience. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable. The hotel is located at the beautiful beach perfect for small kids. Kids club is amazing! Breakfast have the variety of food that is ok for toddlers. The only thing for improvement is accessibility for baby strollers, it’s difficult to get to the closest to the beach swimming pool.

Everything is good, especially the breakfast, It provide many different foods and drinks everyday. Also delicious! We’re satisfied about it. But the room of cleanliness just on the average.

A huge communication issues at the reception. Receptions are completely rude. Most of them speak bad english well, no english at all. They seemed understood but missed the most of the points. As we understood this is 5 start hotel but they almost act like we were run away without paying…! Make us so uncomfortable in terms of payment. We were out on full day activities and arrived quite late around 10pm with shopping bags, tired legs and hurt stomach. Our door was locked so when I go down for activating the keys they did not let us in the room- asking for upfront payment!!! At that time!with that condition!! Well, I told them I needed rest room can do it later or when we check out but they said. ‘’No need pay now!!!” Also, asking for extra payment. Since, when the 5 start hotels asking for up front payment when extending the room! I did confirmed with reception in early the morning regarding “the room extend” but in the evening another reception try not to activate the door key unless we pay now. There is no check out payment. As we were first time in Phu Quoc even in Vietnam. I almost decided check out at 11pm due to the rudeness of their reception. I did called the hotel manager. He does not really care and didn’t even apologized to us. Probobly, he did not understood what I was saying though. There was no reaction! It was off season and service stuffs are lost the communication and contacts with clients!!! Free Breakfast buffet wasn’t good at all! We will not book this hotel again.

We had amazing days at the hotel. The only bad point was that the pool bar and one of the sliders was not working during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff super kind and helpful. Will certainly indicate to our friends. I told them it was my husband birthday and they sent a cake to the room. My daughter loved the bubbles at the swimming pool.

The swimming pool and beach was our most favorite facilities, others was ok. Beach water was clear under sunshine, better than the hotel we stayed on Ong Lang beach. We stayed in suite and the room furniture was a bit aged, but still worth the price. The hotel cater many tour group, but check in/out service was still fast and we were assigned at high level room per our request, thumbs up 👍🏻! Breakfast options were fair enough, love the Banh Mi. However, housekeeping staffs was quite inattentive to details, coffee stains was still found in washed cup!! We leave a note to ask for 2 water glasses but never got catered. Actually housekeeping standards was commonly low in this country no matter what hotel you stay in. The Italian and Vietnamese restaurants across street worth a try, and only short walking distance to a beachside restaurant. Quite convenient for family with kids.
