Love this hotel! I definitely will book again for my future trip! This hotel even send me birthday cake and birthday card, so warm ❤️ and there is complimentary airport transfer service, which save your taxi fares. and shutter bus for certain attraction point like safari, vinwonders, grand world.. all these super near. The hotel has their own beach and swimming pool, super nice, service super good! Highly recommended! Price is reasonable!! Grand world view omg, love it!

Really not acceptable for the hotel allow people to smoke at swimming pool area.
The channel reception of the television is very poor.
Having tv but nothing can watch.
Having torch 🔦 but not for emergency lighting,
The reply from the reception is torch just for decoration,

Friendly and supportive staff. Hotel offers free shuttle bus airport transfer. Nice and cozy room with balcony can watch fireworks every night. Affordable price, great experience

Hotel is conveniently located beside ******. Pool is big but on the west side, so it can be hot during evening. Beach is within walkable distance around 200m. Service is prompt, breakfast is ok.

Absolutely stunning place to stay.
Short walk to the beachfront bar.
Food is fantastic, and the swimming pool is awesome.
Very nice gym to workout if fitness is necessary.
Staff in the gym are very friendly and helpful.
There is also the city bus to take you in and out of the city that leaves from the hotel and it's free.
You can visit the night markets as well as grandworld on your very first stop.

This was fantastic. The service, including airport pick-up, room size, layout and cleanliness, huge breakfast offering, beach and show transport, meal options, accessibility, and even on-site nurse, was all 5-star. We have been singing the praises of this hotel to all our friends and family and are eager to return for a much longer stay.

Great hotel, fantastic view and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great, swimming pool is nice and warm and the beach is only a few minutes walk. All possible extra options are there, we had a fantastic time, we'd definitely come back here.

The hotel is located around 20km from the Airport. The first impression is that they are trying to provide an excellent service to compensate for geographical disadvantages. But tourists should ignore this because it is surrounded by attractions such as Pearl Amusement Park, Big World, and Zoo. The facility is so-so, and the bathroom water pressure is weak. The morning buffet is so-so, but the good point is they have two guest dining halls. The room cleaning services are fast but could be better.

Serbice was brilliant, extremely fruendly staff, just a shame about the language barrier. Buffet dinner needs a lot of improvement!! No juices and no water station!!
