Had an excellent stay in Sol by Melia. Clean, great amenities and service. Its central location is great. It is a 15 mins drive from the airport. Sol provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. From here, it is convenient to head south to other resorts (~10 mins) and Sunset Town (~20 mins), and north to the main town (~20 mins) and Great World (~40 mins). It has different restaurants that open at different times of the day, up to 11PM. Pool is great, spa and gym are good. The swim-up bar was under renovation (until Nov’24) so I did not get to try it. Very satisfied with my stay and will return again.

The hotel, which is around 10 years old, is located on a very narrow sandy beach and the adjacent swimming pool is completely overcrowded with loungers. Relaxation looks different, absolutely no privacy and children screaming and jumping into the water. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet restaurant is also completely overcrowded. This 5-star hotel can only be recommended to a limited extent. Apart from the bedroom and the spa area, this hotel definitely offers no opportunity for rest and relaxation. The friendly staff speaks and understands English very poorly. The hotel would be well advised to either take in far fewer guests or to carry out major expansion work. The price-performance ratio is only satisfactory.

Staff were great. Came with airport transfer both ways. There was a bit of work going on in the rooms where we stayed but not interfering with noise just a bit messy on the floor. Room was nice and big and good bathroom. Took a pool view room with was great. Breakfast was great. Slightly dissapointed with evening menu cooking. Hood gym, great long pool if you like a mor ING swim, and literally on the beach. The roo. Had a smell slightly of damp but I think just because of the rain off peak season just ending. The rooms probably haven't bee fully used and maybe empty and closed for a while. If not for that and the working I would have said 5 for cleanliness.

The establishment was very beautiful and serene, and everything was clean and very luxurious. The shops in the surrounding area were very traditional, which was lovely to experience, and there were many convenience stores dotting the surrounding area. The staff was excellent and super helpful and kind. They also helped us to arrange several tours, our favorite being the island hopping tour. The one downside to this place is that the restaurants and the amenities were very expensive. Prices were inflated, sometimes quadruple the amount outside so we saw many people frequenting places off the premises. My recommendation would be to have more variety of places to eat and drink that won’t break the bank and I’m sure this establishment will have many more customers. To add, the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. It’s definitely worth checking out and we will definitely stay here again.

A very cozy hotel. It is located in the Jungle. Professional, friendly staff. The massage is great, I definitely recommend visiting the SPA at this hotel. The area is green and clean. Good food in the restaurant and good breakfasts. The room cleaning is good. Upon check-in, there was a compliment from the hotel. Thanks to the staff for a great my rest. We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The facilities were absolutely top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning pool—it was huge, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private beach was just as amazing, with pristine sand and crystal-clear waters. We loved spending our afternoons there, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. However, there were a couple of small downsides. The bathroom had a large glass window that made it a bit awkward when showering or using the toilet, as the other person in the room could see in. There was a roller blind for privacy, but unfortunately, it was a bit see-through, which didn’t fully solve the issue. Also, the soundproofing of the room wasn’t great, and we could hear some noise from the corridor. The AC also could have been better, as it wasn’t as powerful as we expected, especially considering the tropical weather. Despite these minor points, our overall experience was fantastic, and I would still highly recommend this hotel I will be back to this hotel the next time I am in Phu Quoc. There is also a lovely night market opposite the hotel which was a nice surprise.

Room was ok in general but some of the fittings didn’t make sense—electrical outlet right next to the sink, clothes hooks set really high up, small shower partition so the bathroom floor would get very wet and slippery. Not child friendly. Our room had a great view, the pools and beach were amazing, and hotel is right across from a night market with lots of food choices.

First the food in room service is very bad quality and overpriced. I've got sick and we had to use it but i preferred stay hungry then. Not enoug sunbeds at the beach: you should go to the beach not later then 8 am to get a couch. Only one person speaks good english at reception and is really helpful and nice guy named Felix. Other staff gives you wrong information and their english is hardly understandable. During the morning time they shower the grass and it smells with a toilet septic. The breakfast is ok and location is perfect. The beach itself is probably the best at Phu Qu Ok

As Vinpearl Nha Trang resorts, this place offers a great view and great service. Just a little bit far from every other place, but there are some free Vinbus to get around. We booked the room with free Vinwonders and Vinpearl Safari packages. Everything just go really smoothly as the staff are so professional. A little accident for our boy while in the Safari park, the staff there immediately offer us with the private ride to medical clinic right away. The theme park was amazing, you can spend all day there. Safari is awesome, we has seen many many animals, some of them we were able to get really close. The park even has the night trip for who want to explore the wild adventures. At night we enjoy the walk along Venice River, then relax with the spa, and watching the every night lighting show at Grand world Phu Quick, the sleepless city. Last but not least, the beachfront is incredible beautiful, water clean, white sand, garbage free and endless view, we really love the beach there....

The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, one of the worst where we have been. A lot of package tourists who behave terribly. Everything in the hotel is done on stream. None of the staff cares about you. There is a constant crowd of people leaving/arriving in the lobby. It's dirty everywhere. When you arrive, you see a very dirty roof over the main entrance. This is a Turkish hotel with a corresponding contingent. There are holes in the floor in the room, swollen and bad furniture everywhere, the door to the balcony does not close (the hole through which the lizard climbed to us at night), a bad refrigerator. The price is clearly too high, I do not recommend it and will never stop again. The only plus is the tickets to the show, that's it.
