We loved staying here. Ayutthaya is beautiful and it's well worth it to rent bikes from the hotel to ride around the ruins. A word of caution, do not not try to put a child on the back rack of an adult bike. Our daughter got her foot caught in the spokes leading to a very bad sprain. The food at this hotel was amazing. We ate here for each dinner and every meal was outstanding. They were extremely kind when our daughter hurt her foot and we had a great stay. Highly recommended.

It was the best experience. The host and staff of the inn were very kind. The room was clean, luxurious and had everything. When I woke up in the morning, I saw Ayutthaya illuminated by the morning sun. It was truly amazing. I was lent a bicycle and had a great time riding along the road between the two ruins. Newly opened hostel with excellent location just opposite the main archeological sites on Ayutthaya. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. The dorm room was decent. I loved the 24h drink station. Light breakfast was provided, but I didn't have time to try. The communal area at the reception was great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Baan Mee Suk.

Most instagram-able hotel in Ayutthaya, stayed here the 2nd time, rooms are always very clean and welcome drink was nice. Staffs in the hotel general area including reception and security guards were all very nice, but restaurant staffs on the other hand were different (I didn't want to use this word but honestly they were a little rude, when they were serving the breakfast included), dinner time was okay. Pool was cleaned by staffs early morning, pleasant to stay here again.

The Avail is a good value, basic guesthouse near many of the iconic temples in Ayutthaya. It’s close to a night market and near a motorbike rental shop. What we didn’t love is the wifi process. When you check in you receive a little piece of paper with a wifi code which is valid for 24 hours. Every time you come back to the hotel you have to reconnect, entering a log in and password again. The next day you have to get a new paper and do it again. You need a unique code for every device. I don’t know why the hotel has made it so complicated to access wifi, but it’s annoying.
