The staff at the hotel is nice. The cleanliness is no the best one because it smells like cigarette and it does not have windows. The beds are ok, and there is not a separate shower.

The boss is very nice, but he has a bit of a stubborn temper. Give boss Fu some advice and speak softly. It’s not good to interrupt the customer just for the sake of small talk and shut up the guests. I wanted to leave at that time, so I thought about it. However, being able to stay in a hotel like Boss Fu in Cambodia will give you a sense of security, and Pukou will sincerely advise you on safety precautions as soon as you arrive. 第一次住。就在機場附近，因為第二天要趕飛機所以住在這裏。老闆人很好，聊了一下，第二天還安排了司機送機。其實就是原來的幸運8酒店重新改造了一下，雖然有些地方沒改造估計投入太大，但是我覺得已經改的很好了，至少床單和浴巾毛巾、馬桶燈等都是新的，衞生很OK，還有貼心贈送水果。下次再來住

The hotel is good. If the B&B is full, you will get a free upgrade to the hotel room. The location is near the airport and it is convenient to take a taxi. The Chinese-speaking waiter is very enthusiastic. Will come again There is a ”Jinbao City” neighborhood nearby, which is very convenient for Chinese people to shop and order food. They don't need to know Cambodian, English or Chinese.

Good location. Good hotel service everybody very friendly . Hotel also nice, clean , new , for that price is really excellent. When you trip like a busyness and tired, come stay few days, that choice will be perfect for guys , who just wanna take shower and rest

I found that the staff were very helpful and friendly plus the airport is 15 minutes away but not much around there you have to get a tuck tuck to get something to eat. The only thing missing was a fridge and something to put your clothes in. It is brand new so I will look forward to revisiting there in the future

The staff at the Fairfield Marriott in Phnom Penh are the stars of this hotel! They are sooo... friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and always smiling and genuinely happy to see us. The location is a downside. It is a bit a ways from restaurants and various city attractions. The entrance to the hotel is a bit awkward since it is located on the side of the building instead of facing the street. This made it confusing for the tuk tuk and taxi drivers to know where to pick up or drop us off. The other downside or awkward thing that stands out is the lack of privacy between the bathroom and sleep area. There is a sliding door that you can close and open that separates the bed area from the bathroom. The sink is in the middle of the room and the toilet is off to the side with shower across from it. Its kind of like an open concept room configuration. It was a weird room configuration especially when it came time to usr the toilet. Perfectly fine for a solo traveler but a bit awkward for everyone else considering the lack of privacy. It would have been to have the ability to close off the bathroom to allow a little more privacy. Overall, although there were some quirks with this hotel, we are still glad we stayed there. It was the wonderful staff who were friendly and professional that made our stay so pleasabt and so memorable. We would stay here again because of the great staff.

Overall a comfortable and great value stay! The view from the room was amazing, I loved seeing the sun rise or watch the sky turn dark as the city lit up. As long as you're not too freaked out by the small cockroaches that will come out at night. Anyway I solved the issue by buying ”trap a roach” kits from Mr DIY at AEON mall, it was highly effective. Self service washing machine, microwave and toaster oven available at level 29. The swimming pool, steam room and gym was amazing at level 39. Note you are not allowed to wear the bath robe there, you need to be covered in your own clothes and change there. You need a separate access card to enter. Note u can change lifts at level 3A from the mall to reach level 28/29 too. There is a convenient Chinese supermarket at the ground floor of the mall, and you can easily get many things. Food delivery has to be collected from the ground floor, as building security won't allow them to go up, but not an issue. Remember to hang housekeeping tag outside the door if you want them to clean the room.

Hotel was very good the first time around I had to come back again. This will be my go to place whenever I’m in Phnom Penh

We went to Phnom Penh for business trip and decided to stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is great and convenient. Many restaurants and entertainment activities are available nearby. The only downside of this hotel was that the room is quite small. Everything else is good for me.
