It was an amazing experience staying here for 3 days. The room were clean, neat and true to what they posted online. The washing machine tho, it’s so great to have it in the room and we’re able to wash our used clothes. The staffs we’re absolutely friendly, they’re paying attention to their guests and help us with our concerns. Location? It’s perfect! When you walk around the area you can find good restaurants, bars, convenient store, and even street foods. If there’s a chance of coming back, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Quirky place in a great location. Was initially underwhelmed with the room but the next day we found out they had put is in the wrong room. New room was much nicer but be warned the mezzanine bed level has low ceilings and a steep stairwell. Would stay again.

The location is very good, close to museums and the Royal Palace. Also the staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed on the third floor. I knew there was no elevator due to the height of the floors, but it was a little more difficult than I expected. It seems good for health. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned at first glance as there are traces of paint and sealant falling on it, but it's fairly clean. The air conditioner cools, but the air conditioner's louver is broken and won't open, so I used vinyl tape after installing it? It needs to be fixed. The fixed shower didn't seem to be connected to the water heater in the first place, and the water heater that was connected to the shower hose was out of order, so there was almost no hot water. It's perfect for a body that gets flushed from walking outside, but it might be unbearable for a body that has been chilled by the air conditioner. Also, the tip of the shower head was clogged and water leaked from the connection between the hose and the head, making it impossible to use it properly. I removed the head and used it directly from the hose. There is a wall hanging bracket for the TV, but there is no TV itself. There was only a remote control for some reason. The number of mosquitoes is small, but a few are flying around. It is better to use insect repellent.

On the plus side, I can mention a good location, close to the embankment, with many interesting places around. Nice atmosphere in the cafe on the ground floor. The University of Arts is nearby, so artists gather in the cafe. You can watch them draw while you drink your coffee. Drinks in the cafe are at a reasonable price ($1.5-2). The whole house is decorated in an original way. As you climb up, it’s like walking through an art gallery. The room has everything you need and a small but fully functional kitchen and a washing machine (no powder, take it with you) in working order. Clean bed linen and towels. It's quiet at night, despite its proximity to the center. The room has a nice original design. Cons: There are small insects in the room, mosquitoes or small midges that bite. I had a fumigator with me, it helped me. One socket does not work and one is loose, making it difficult to use. The bathroom has two shower heads and two taps. One shower has cool water. This is great during the day when it's hot. From the other - hot through the heater. Hot water does not switch from tap to shower. I think the staff would help me with this. But I discovered this late in the evening before leaving. Clothes dryer is bad, falling apart and needs to be replaced. Bad Internet connection. By night the speed drops so much that it is impossible to even watch a movie. Non-essential things for me that are worth mentioning because they may be important: there is no elevator in the house, but there are steep stairs. The bed is on the second level. I'm 1.58 tall and still had to bend over. If you are taller, it will be difficult. I think this is a good place to stop in Phnom Penh for a couple of days and take a walk. I would not recommend it for remote work or long-term stay.

Very very friendly staff!! Thanks to the staff, this is a place I would like to visit again. The price is cheap, but the facilities are disappointing and there is no elevator.

Good service staff Downstairs is a cafe. The only problem is that the bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed.

I think the location is good. However, this may be a general situation that is not unique to this hotel, but there are small insects (probably ants) in the room, so please be careful if you leave food exposed in the room as it will be full of insects. Around the hotel, there are old men in tuk tuks desperately trying to attract people, which is annoying.

The hotel is centrally located near the Royal Palace, other attractions and museums and the Mekong Promenade. It is friendly and pleasantly furnished and the staff is nice. Unfortunately, in Cambodia, the all-round service (laundry, booking onward journeys, etc.) is usually not as important as in Vietnam, but where possible, the staff tried hard and was helpful. And you should definitely try the delicious coffee that is offered downstairs in the hotel.

It used to be much better, but now it's tougher: no people, no guests, only the original, no copy—it looks like a prison. Staff and tenants have lost contact. This is such a demanding and unusual institution.

We stayed for 3 nights in the family room with a balcony (on the 1st floor). The staff are so nice & always greet you. The room itself is complete with a washing machine, a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, a hairdryer, etc. Though the washing machine & microwave is a little dirty. The bed & towels are clean. The floor & the balcony is dusty. It has 2 small bathrooms, but the water heater isn't working well & low ceiling. The room is a bit rundown but still good. The bathtub on the balcony is useless. Not good sound buffering. Can hear sounds from above level & outside. It is within walking distance of the National Museum & other attractions. Please be reminded that we stayed in a room with a loft. The height of the loft is less than 1.8m. This room is not suitable for a family with small children due to the stairs going up & down to the loft.
