Service was amazing, location was also great with the transfers to and from town. All the staff was so helpful and kind. The view is breathtaking

Location is bit far from Center of phi phi. On the other hand, their cars offers good services so I can easily go to and fro phi phi town with their cars. The famous location ( shark point ) is only 15 walking distances or 3 mins car so you can free on charge enjoy snorkelling or swimming in shark point. You can enjoy dinner buffet in their sun set restaurant with reasonable price. I highly recommend that hotel to you. Bests, Eric

This hotel is up a hill and a bit far from both long beach and town, for which a car is always needed. Luckily the hotel has a car service for free (until 9pm) that brings you around. Facility and rooms a ok, staff very friendly

Great location, quiet and peaceful, and great views from top of the mountain. You need a shuttle to go to beach or town, but you max. wait 5 minutes. Service was excellent.

Very nice place and perfekt restaurant on a very good location with great viev out over the bay area. It could be nice to now, that we where beeing picked up by a boat and sailed near to the hotell. I was looking fore a car!! Check in starf should be better informed about our arrivel, they want me to pay one more time fore the stay, but after they checked everything was okay. Good free service with car to and from the beach and town. Room was clean and big with very good bed, nice balcony with viev over the sea. Will like to come back.

Amazing hotel! If you decide to relax with children, this hotel is what you need!

Really hard to get around when having to rely on staff to get up and down the mountain, wait times are huge here.. would not book here, get somewhere actually on the island close. Also the waterpark is so much bigger in photos than real life, my 14yo was pretty disappointed

This is a perfect resort for chill and do some yoga and swim. We loved the long beach.The city has cool clubs also the car service is too nice like a lift. This is my very first stay in phi phi island and snorkling at the long beach. Had fun! 😇🙏 Definitely will come back with friends and family. Thailand’s nature is amazing all the time summer it surprises me so much.

Deluxe rooms doesn’t have view and you can get only from the balcony( the room doesn’t have door) which can be inconvenient. If you get a ground floor room you will suffer from sewage smells in the room. Staff are very friendly and will help you with anything you need. Wi-Fi is ok and the hotel provides you with a beach bag with towels. Towels and linens we’re clean and so is the room. Bed is very stiff like concrete but pillows are nice

The room was very big and clean, and the water park was pretty awesome - haven't seen a hotel with a water park before. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay here. Location was rather inaccessible, although the hotel provided free transport to nearby beaches and the main town so it wasn't an issue at all. The service was really be great too, every single detail was well attended to.

Excellent hotel. I liked everything. Although it is located on a mountain, there is transport to the beach and to the city. It runs regularly. Long Beach is one of the best. You can swim even during low tide. The water is crystal clear, lots of fish. The staff is very friendly. There is a restaurant and observation deck, it is nice to sit in the evening.

This is just a super hotel, the room is very large, with a sea view. Breakfasts are gorgeous, buffet, huge selection of dishes. The staff is very friendly, they go out of their way to help, thank you very much 🫶🏻 the room has robes, slippers, and everything you need. A wonderful observation deck on the hotel grounds. From the hotel you can go down to 2 beaches: Long Beach and the more secluded Loh Moo Dee Beach. On Long Beach there are free sun loungers from the hotel. The hotel is on a hill, there is a transfer to the city and to Long Beach, free until 21:00. But if you are late, you can order for 300 baht (21:00-00:00), and after midnight 500 baht. But the road to the hotel is illuminated, and you can walk there. There are no shops nearby, so it is better to buy what you need in the city in advance. There is a pool, the water park was not working when we were there.
