The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself was beautiful, and the service provided by the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The pool and pool area were fantastic, also the Beach offering a great place to relax with a superb view. Additionally, the food was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and enjoyable stay.

As soon as you arrive while waiting you are welcome with a relaxing massage and wonderful staff helps you around. If you are visiting MuiNe, Anantara is the right place for you, wonderful breakfast options, clean beach and warm cozy rooms. It's nice hotel with great view to the beach. Room is spaces, new and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have enjoyable time staying at the hotel. Will be back next time.

The bed is very comfortable. Hygiene: OK, very good. There is a little sand at the door of the room... Maybe the last person who stayed there went to the beach. Breakfast: The food quality is good, but there are not many varieties. Service: Basic five-star hotel services are available, not high or low. This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience.

Cleanliness in the hotel - dirt on the sea. But guests go to the sea first of all! There are swimming pools and clean rooms all over the world. The sea and the beach are the main thing! Another minus is that there are no entertainments and activities in the hotel. The only entertainment was the New Year's show, which made a positive impression, we were lucky that we caught it, because we left the hotel on January 29. All other days - no entertainment. There is no transfer to the city. Despite the fact that there is nothing to entertain in the hotel, the issue of a free transfer to the nearest city has not been resolved. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel. Beautiful & green resort, good F&B service from staff at restaurant nearby the pool & beachfront , careful pool attendants. Breakfast is variety of choices, service staff is not actively clean my table, just standby at the corner supervising around with doing nothing, I have had brought used tablewares to him/her several times, unfortunately and badly they all ignore my action without improving :( Check out is very slow at noon time with very hot lobby, should set up some electrical fans.
