Останавливались в отеле на 3 дня. 2-х местный номер просторный и светлый, удобные кровати. Но досадные мелочи испортили всё впечатление . Прежде всего, слышно всё, что делаются в соседнем номере: разговоры, звонок телефона, когда принимают душ и т.д. Телевизор висит на стене, но если лежишь на кровати, то сигнал от пульта не доходит до него, каждый раз, чтобы переключить канал, сделать потише или выключить , приходилось вставать и подходить вплотную к ТВ. Самое удручающее впечатление осталось от ресторана. Никогда не приходилось видеть, чтобы в салат "цезарь" вместо помидоров "черри "просто настрогали обычных помидоров, а сухарики заменили 4 кусками белого хлеба, уложив их сверху!! Это как же надо повару не уважать себя и гостей, которым он такое подает!!! Отель, который можно было бы рекомендовать, если бы не эти досадные просчеты.Если всё же решите остановиться в отеле " Онежский замок" - не берите завтраки!!!

Отмечали день рождения в беседке на берегу озера. Еда невкусная, душно, на каблуках по территории ходить невозможно, щебенка. Посуда грязная, видно что требуется обновление тарелок. Хорошо что весёлая компания не дала испортить настроение. Все очень старое.

Прекрасный небольшой отель. Полностью соответствует своей категории. Просторный номер, все чисто, опрятно, удобно. Отличный сервис. Нет ни одной претензии. За исключением ресторана, который в вечернее время просто дискредитирует гостиницу.
