This service apartment is in Empire City. Newly opened. Location is good as near to Petaling Jaya and it is easy to get Grab. The waiting area is B3. The studio unit is complete for a short stay with a basic kitchenette. There is a fridge but it wasn't connected to a power socket so it was not usable. For toiletries, there is only shower gel and shampoo. The shower area is next to the toilet bowl & there is no partition to separate them. The shower pressure is good. The towel is clean. The whole place is clean. The mattress is comfortable although a bit stiff and the pillows are comfy too. One pillow per pax.
The whole place is full of high rise under development but it wasn't noisy. The building itself is 39 floors with 6 fast lifts. On Saturday, there was a crowd waiting for the lifts and the same when we checked out on Sunday. All 6 lifts serve all floors so those of us staying on the lower floors had to wait quite long to get a lift down during check out time. We had a few worried minutes when the lift wouldn't move down after it stopped at floor 5. Someone told us over the intercom to push the doors when they are closing so that the doors would be closed properly so two guys did that. The lift began moving down but due to the peak hour, it stopped at every floor & the two guys would have to help push the doors close every time as the doors were closing. This caused all us anxiety. I hope the management will look into the problems.
I was told to contact the customer care through WhatsApp if I need help but they aren't helpful. The services management company, Flash unfortunately is offering guests money rewards if they give 5-star reviews meaning there will be fake 5-star reviews.

RECOMENDED !! we are very satisfied with our booking. our weekend holiday spent well. they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room but we only stayed in the room we’ve booked because there were only three of us. the room was very clean and tidy. all the facilities were provided. the check-in process at the reception was also very fast and the staff there were very friendly. ALSO THE PRICE ARE VERY AFFORDABLE 🤍 surely will repeat again at here. thank you MANA MANA KAKI for your good assist.

Location & Amenities:
We loved the hotel's location. It's conveniently connected to the mall, making everything easily accessible by foot. The restaurant was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisines, from Western dishes to local specialties.
Parking:
The only downside was the parking service. While the cost is reasonable at less than RM10 for 24 hours, it's still inconvenient and can affect the overall vacation experience. We believe the hotel management and The Curve should consider offering complimentary parking or more flexible options for their hotel guests to enhance their stay.

Royal Chulan Damansara is an old hotel with spacious room, the hotel facilities are great, love the swimming pool for it's size and the beautiful view you get from the infinity wall side. The gym is also well equipped for a good work out. i love it that they have whatsapp conceirge/housekeeping line, which means we don't have to call and wait for someone to answer the phone and accede to our request, we just need to send a msg and they will respond and fulfill our needs asap. the breakfast has a good spread, the staff are always courteous and ready to go the extra mile. will totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in PJ, Malaysia.

I’d been using this hotel in the past during business travel stays. I’m back to this hotel again recently after 8 years and Covid-19 in 2020. Comfortable hotel stay and the Breakfast cafe was beautifully renovated. Still can recognize quite a number of old staff faces. Food quality is good. Short walking distance to mall. Super convenient. Positives:
A great hotel to stay to get away from the Bukit Bintang jams. Conveniently connected with 1Utama, which has all sorts of restaurants and shops.
Hotel generously placed 2 rooms side by side for our family.
Requested ice bucket to the room which came so quickly.
Negatives:
We stayed at room 2119 for 3D2N. When I first stepped in, there was a dusty and damp smell. The smell got better when we left the toilet doors closed, but were subjected to smelling it in a more concentrated form when in the toilet.
Our check out time was at 12PM. Usually on checkout day, there is no refreshing of room. On the morning of check out, we went out and returned at 11.30AM. We found one of our room was refreshed, and our items and grapes in the fridge were thrown away. Liaising between the reception and cleaning crew could be better.

I had earlier check in which I was very thankful for. However, the room given was the wrong category.
Had to get staff to deliver the new room key and transferred my stuff.
The room flooring was not well maintained and had gaps in between.
I would suggest better maintenance of the rooms.
Other aspects were fine. Would likely to return.

RRenan GWas at this hotel for business trip for 2 nights and my review as follows: 1) Location: It is in the neighbourhood of Bandar Sri Damansara, not that difficult to locate using waze but the surrounding of the hotel is currently construction of the new MRT line. Having said that, despite the on-going constructions, roads remain clear and easy to drive. There is also proper indoor basement parking (few levels) and thankfully the parking are not tight. It was easy to turn and park. Not too far from the hotel, there is two huge coffee shop selling various hawker food and there is also a stretch of halal warung (within 1km drive). Grab food and food panda delivery service are also available and quite a lot of choices too. So, overall, i think the location is ok for this hotel. 2) Lobby and Check in Lobby is nice with high ceiling. Check in was fast and being a weekday, there was no queue at all. I like the fact they placed two containers of plain water and mango juice at the lobby. Guests can help themselves with those drinks whenever at lobby. Just some suggestion, maybe the hotel can put in few slices of lemon to the plain water container. This will look more classy in my opinion. 3) Room 1305 (Suite Room) Being Accorshotel member, I was upgraded to the Suite Room. It was spacious with living room. The mattress and pillows are very comfy especially with a layer of mattress topper. Bathroom is the usual Ibis concept. It was modern and nice with rainshower. Maybe my only comment is the frosted glass isnt really frosted as one can still see the shadow of the person inside very clearly. It may be akward if you are staying with a colleague. I suggest the hotel to put another layer of frosting for all twin rooms (as these rooms are usually for travellers who arent couple/business colleagues). Anyway, I did have a good sleep at this hotel. So the room are value for money. 4) Wifi Wifi is free and easy to connect. There are a lot of selections daily such as Nasi Lemak, noodles, chee cheong fun, porridge, cereals, salads, fruits, bread & pastries, western option like baked beans, sausages, samosa, dim sum, hash browns etc. They also offers egg station services. They also have coffee machine with selections including latte & cappucino. Quite impressive. For improvement, I think the noodle soup corner should be replaced with something else as it was not a popular choice or maybe the noodles are just not presented properly. I think just replaced it with mushroom soup would be better. The juices also are not chilled enough on my 2 times breakfast at the restaurant. I strongly suggest to put in few slices of lemon into the plain water container - it will be refreshing but most importantly, the drinks/juices should be chilled properly. If not, it wont taste good. Overall, having stayed at Ibis cheras, Ibis KLCC and Ibis Fraser Park

SShomelZVery comfortable and clean room with soft mattress and pillows. Actually I booked a Deluxe room but when it was time to check in, the room was not ready yet and the hotel upgraded a Junior Suite room to me.

KkuroheraStayed overnight for business purpose. Location is good and I like that it’s relatively quiet. Check in was easy, fast and pleasant. However, shortly after I had to go to my car and it was raining. There were staffs outside the hotel entrance that just stood there without asking whether I need umbrella or not. Sure the car is a short distance away but it’s always nice to ask rather than just standing and watching a guest being drenched by the rain.
Room was good and clean, some of the electrical outlets were a bit misaligned. There was a perpetual smell like damp cloth thruout the hallway, but none in the room. The blackout curtain is fantastic tho.
Breakfast; not too many option but they were tasty; except the beef cold cut it just doesn’t look fresh. And the seating arrangement was a bit cramped as well. Other than that I actually enjoyed the food.
Check out was again, a breeze.

DdyhxIt's essentially Airbnb style apartment though I booked through Trip. Self check in and out process which they gave clear and detailed instructions and the team was pretty responsive via WhatsApp.
Note that they do not provide any disposable amenities so bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. And own hairdryer too. They do provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo.
We got a 2 bedroom apartment, which we realized was a duplex apartment only when we got here. So one of the rooms is upstairs where you'll need to go up 1.5 flights of stairs. Each room came with a queen sized double bed that was firm and 2 towels. The room above came with an ensuite bathroom inside the room, while for the ground floor room, the bathroom is outside the room. Bathroom was spacious with a standing shower.
Our apartment was on the 25th floor that had a great view of the city, and you could see as far as Genting when the weather is good.
The swimming pool at the rooftop was great too, odd shaped but on one side it's a full lap length, there's also a jacuzzi at one end.

there are a lot of choices for a place to get a delicious foods , nasi lemak for breakfast, lunch with nasi kandar or grilled chicken dinner you can find satay kajang , house of pakeeza that's served middle east foods, thai food also can be find here. Minus the traffic there are and a lot of places too to visit for healing or shopping. There are a few lake gardens like taman jaya or kelana jaya lake or bukit gasing that have a nice view during sunset and a view of petaling jaya too. For shopping lover one utama is nearby or jaya grocers and for gadget hunters digital mall is just opposite of jaya grocers and if you feels to go to KL then better by lrt to avoid the worse traffic jam , there are a lot of lrt station and mrt too. the feeder bus is ready around PJ for you to get you to lrt or mrt station

While the location is excellent, being conveniently close to public transportation, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were dirty, and I even noticed ants around the cups, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel's response time via WhatsApp was slow, making communication frustrating. Despite the great location, the cleanliness and service issues need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

RRelax437021.The towel and quilt is not clean, I got red spots on my whole body from the first day.When I checked out and try to negotiated this case with staff, at that time I didn't wanna anything but a say. They showed non respect attitude, they don't care about the case and they 100% don't want to be responsible. After stay I went to hospital, doctor said it was because I used unclean towel. It was very severs, so I can only ask sick leave for 1 week from work. Because the attitude and responds I got from hotel, this time I asked booking.com help me to go and negotiate for me, but the booking get the same answer, the hotel don's not possible to open the door. 3. Extremely low cost performance! The price I paid doesn't equals the room and service I get. Strongly don't recommend!!!!! 1. The towels and quilt sheets of the hotel were not clean and I developed a red rash after the first night of my stay. I tried to communicate with the staff and their supervisors on this matter when I checked out. I didn't mean to pay for it, I meant to say it, but the attitude they gave me from their staff and supervisors was that they didn't care what happened after I checked in, and they didn't want to take any responsibility. After the trip I went to the hospital and the doctor replied after the diagnosis that it was caused by the use of the hotel's dirty towels. Because the rash was so bad, I was able to ask for a week's sick leave and it had a very big impact on my work. After the doctor's diagnosis, I communicated directly with the hotel before, and the hotel gave a disrespectful attitude. This time I let booking.com come forward to help me communicate this thing. The result was the same. The hotel was completely irresponsible. I said that it would strengthen health management. I was very disappointed with this sense of responsibility and hygiene of their hotel staff. 2. The room was very, very small. Even if you bring the boarding box, you can't open the door when you open the boarding box. 3. Very low cost performance! Highly not recommended!!!
