We booked the Ritz-Carlton Hotel for the second time on our return trip. The front desk staff was very welcoming. I wanted a higher floor, and he immediately arranged it for us. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the mattress was comfortable, which allowed us to rest after playing. One minute before leaving the room, I saw a rainbow🌈

The environment was originally rated 5 points, but 0.5 was deducted because the floor was too low, the 6th floor, and the lounge was opposite. Because I stayed for 5 consecutive days, the hotel agreed to change to a higher floor after 2 days, but I was too lazy to pack my luggage, so I didn't change. The hotel facilities and decoration are very good. It is the most high-end hotel in Perth! Remember to request a high floor when booking

I lived on the 17th floor and had a bird's eye view of Victoria Bay and the Swan Tower. The breakfast was very rich, costing 38 Australian dollars per person (must be purchased at check-in). The problem was that I was almost charged for three people. Fortunately, my English was not bad. When I checked out, the waiter's poor Indonesian accent in English was ignored by me even though the charge was taken away. The amount came out wrong.

I specially went to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks🎆. The hotel is located on the 16th floor. The night view is great👍🏻You don't have to deal with people and crowds downstairs. The hotel staff are also very nice and the service is superb. I will stay here again!

I booked a twin bed room with river view. The front desk wrote me a thoughtful wish and sent me dessert after knowing that it was my son’s birthday (the birthday cake was prepared by myself). Riz Perth is very mysterious and high-end. People are not A lot, but I like it a lot. The breakfast is on the first floor, the decoration is beautiful, the waiter is wearing cute, blue polo shirt + beige culottes left a deep impression on me! The swimming pool gym can have a city view on the fifth floor. So, will choose Riz again :)
