The family rooms are on the top floors without an elevator. Fortunately the rooms are equipped with air conditioning but blocked at 22°. Showers too narrow and broken support. When we arrived, there was no one to welcome us because reception was closed at 2 p.m. It's a shame

We were comfortable. Family room just to rest, but everything was very good. Good treatment from the staff... comfortable beds... free parking... adequate heating... correct cleaning. Good communications: 10 minutes by car from the center of Perpignan... and 15 minutes from Le Barcares. Close to commercial area. Just clarify that it doesn't have an elevator (or at least we couldn't find it).

Small room and cramped bathroom. Breakfast non-existent; little choice, no cold meats, cheese or fresh fruit. Free parking. Too expensive by B&B standards and in need of a good refresh.

Accueil et communication moyenne. Présence de nombreux gitans dans l’établissement bruyants et sans gêne déambulant où se regroupant dans les couloirs enfants et jeunes filles en pyjama toute la matinée. Réveillés à 4h30 par des rentrées bruyantes qui ont continuées un très long moment dans le couloir où les chambres. Bref pas satisfaits de notre séjour et nous n’y reviendrons pas.

Grande déception! Nous savions que nous ne devions pas nous attendre à du haut niveau, mais cet hôtel était clairement en-dessous de tout ce que nous avions imaginé. Hormis le monsieur à la réception qui était bien gentil, tout le reste était nul. Nous avons eu une chambre au 4ème étage sans ascenseur (sans avoir été prévenu), ce qui était très pénible car nous voyagions avec des enfants et beaucoup de bagages. De même, l'hôtel était en travaux (pas prévenus non plus). La chambre était vraiment très petite, sous le toit sans fenêtre, et la salle-de-bain était extrêmement exigüe. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé, nous ne l'avons pas eu, ce qui fait que nous avons dû dormir avec notre bébé entre nous, dans un lit déjà assez étroit. Nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit, et le prix était clairement trop élevé pour ce que c'était. Bref, du très bas de gamme, mal entretenu, à un prix exagéré. Seul point positif: le parking sécurisé.

Equipe agréable et disponible. En revanche petit déjeuner très"juste", croissant distribué au compte-goutte, 3 croissants pour 2 personnes avec seules alternatives madeleines ou biscottes, plus de pain à 9h25 pour petits déjeuners servis jusqu'à 10h. Version très "économique" qui fait baisser la note, dommage. Sinon calme et silence qui permettent de passer une bonne nuit de repos.
