Very clean hotel with friendly service and an excellent location just steps from the beach. Central Mall is also sharing the space with Hilton so it’s convenient for meals, coffee, and shopping. I loved the pool and the poolside food service but the water was cold! Overall, highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Pattaya.

The experience with friends is not bad, but the food selection is a bit limited. The service is good. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient.

The good: located right above central festival and balcony affords a spectacular view of the sea.
The bad: dated facilities. Bath tub with no hot water. Heavy toilet slide door which woman and children will have difficulty moving.
Summary: I paid a premium for the view, will not stay here again just because I do not think it's worth the price. Service staff were all friendly and professional.

Truly a serene haven amidst the bustling Pattaya. The view was magnificent, the staff were attentive and helpful and the room offered an enjoyable rest. To top it off, the breakfast was fantastic, the variety and the taste were both impressive, you shouldn’t miss it!

Great location! Nearby the pattaya beach and you can easily use the elevator to shop at central pattaya beach. Great edgeless swimming pool. Fantastic breakfast line buffet with sea view.

Pros: good location, very friendly staff, spacious room.
Cons: poor quality of breakfast. Foods are not hot enough, coffee is very weak even with extra shot of espresso.

Location is excellent. Hotel itself and facilities are a bit aged. Breakfast was average, could have a wider selection and higher quality. Pool was nice but extremely cold water. Overall a pleasant stay.
