Staff is very friendly. The condo is right next to a mall, Pattaya night market and beach. Room is very spacious, nice view, bed mattresses is very comfortable.

Location is good, just beside beach road. Central mall is just opposite. The condo itself seems old but the rooms are spacious and clean, and the amenities inside the room are in good condition and all working fine. Ground floor and 2nd floor for parking, 3rd floor is the all the shops, laundry, massage and cafe, reception for check- in at 3rd floor too. Probably will comeback to this condo if I don’t want to stay at hotels and consider the apartment type of stay again. Overall it was convenient.

The apartment building is old, and the security guards in the elevator hall are very nice and enthusiastic. There are a lot of small bugs that come in from nowhere in the room, a bit like ants, and they are on the bed and sofa. Although I know that this will happen in hot weather, but Still quite annoying.

Aging establishment but very clean and well located

It was located on Beach Road, next door to the Hilton Hotel. It was very convenient for eating, playing, and shopping. I think the building itself is quite old, but the room was spacious and the facilities were fine. The room was also cleaned. I would like to stay in this condo the next time I visit Pattaya. I felt that the cost performance was very good.

Great for shopping and near many restaurants. Toilet would not flush when we arrived. Overall good experience.

Everything as expected. Pricing, cleanliness, location, facilities, all abobe what I expected and considerably better than many a European 4* hotel has ever been able to offer to me. Make sure you get upper floor accomodation, say, level 24 up.

Overall, it was a nice studio setup. The only drawback is late check in or early check out. There is zero personnel depending on the hour which makes it difficult. Security guard didnt speak english and was fast asleep on the couch, so that didnt help either. For the money though its worth the booking since it is close to everything you will need.

Conveniently located

A nice, spacious, home-like room and a quiet place and really friendly staff

The night I arrived, the toilet was backing up and three light bulbs were burnt out. The push button for the safety box was broken so I couldn't use it, the drawer for clothes wouldn't open, and the door under the sink was broken, so all the toilet cleaning tools were visible inside and it didn't feel comfortable.
