Really great rooms and locations but the apartment I got didn’t have hot water which was a bit upsetting but overall the gym and pool upstairs were amazing.

Very easy and hassle free check in and check out process. The room was very spacious and contained all the amenities i needed. There was even a washing machine which was very helpful after swimming. The building is very new and modern-looking. It’s strategically located. Near the restos, the beach and the mall. Would stay here again.

Everything is bad here, didnt even clean the room....not recommend this one

Nice place to stay and good Amenities.

The owner is ok to contact. But the room may not be hotel style. For example, it should be improved. The trash can is rusty, and it's scary to see. The wallpaper has peeled off and is not beautiful. Towels ok The blankets need to be improved because they smell bad. Including pillows and pillows, the shower is damaged but still able to shower. The central area is ok in the style of a condo with a very beautiful sea view.  Parking is a little difficult, you have to get a card stamped, but the owner and the law enforcement are able to facilitate, ok.

It’s really good. Much better than the Chinese. The landlord has good prices. I give the landlord a thumbs up 👍

It is inconvenient to check in for the first time, because this is not a hotel management, and you need to contact the landlord or housekeeper of the reserved unit yourself, otherwise the wait will be too long. The advantage is that it is very close to various facilities in Pattaya, and the apartment is fully equipped. The scenery is nice.

It's okay, but I couldn't find the room card key before check-in and said it was still being cleaned. There were too many hiccups. It is not recommended for mainland tourists to stay. The environment is OK and quite comfortable.

An excellent place in terms of convenience, a full-fledged apartment with amenities and a washing machine. The air conditioner in the room we booked was broken, and the owners kindly provided an apartment on the top floor, which cost twice as much) very nice

There is no assistant. It is run by a Thai boss. I have to figure out the whole process by myself. I can’t communicate in language and can’t find anyone, so I don’t recommend it if you are Chinese.

The room is very good, the sea view is great, you must go to the swimming pool on the top floor. The landlord is a handsome Chinese guy who is very nice. I will stay here next time.
