The location is good, and the service is satisfactory. The staff assisted us during check-in. However, the main issue is that I had to request basic necessities, such as glasses, plates, forks, and a pan, as none of these were provided. The unit only had a refrigerator and microwave. I had expected these items to be available, as the advertisement mentioned several amenities. Additionally, there was no TV in the unit, which was disappointing since there was no entertainment. Now, I am still waiting and coordinating with the staff regarding the security deposit, which was supposed to be refunded after check-out. A few days have passed, and there is still no update.

Okay naman place all good naman but when it comes sa gamit yung heater hindi umiinit. yung electric kettle hindi matching dun sa port or wala provided adaptor. Yung place mahina signal then wifi... like fr wala display lang. If you wanna stay here na no phone will be good pero if you need connection kahit papano then don't make this a choice. Just token of opinion lang on the experience.

Room isn't really clean...no glass.. no toilet tissues...cockroaches everywhere room.sink and sala...my deposit took so long to be refunded unlike other staycation as soon as u checked out immediate u can get your deposit..

After checking in, contact person didn't replied to my question from Jan 7 until Jan 10. Good that I don't need much and just used the place for mostly sleeping only.

Disappointed, because of prices showing online was not same they charge us again 2k additional instead of 1600 only. Next time you should check properly your prices posting online, not the customer will be need to adjust.

The swimming pool area is excellent. Unfortunately, we're disappointed with the unit #0997 we have check in because there is a water leak problem inside the comfort room. It seems also the beddings were not able to replaced with new laundry. It's our first time to book here in trip.com last December 26- 27, 2024 but we feel upset. I hope you will take immediate action with this matter to avoid booking cancellation in the future.Thank you.

Very poor service. Shore 2, Tower 1 Unit 654. Worst experience. Nawalan ng wifi, mag early check out dapat pero di macontact yung agent / kausap kaya hindi nakacheckout ng maaga e may sec dep na 1k so syempre dinala ko ang key at sinabi ko na basta magreply sila e babalik na ako pero binawasan nila ng 300 ang sec dep at wala nang explanation mula sa kanola basta basta nanlang!!

I am sorry, we are just an apartment, we are not a 24-hour hotel, of course we can't handle moving out at the early morning. As for the deposit of 1k you mentioned, only 700 will be returned to you, but you took our room key, right? You took the key, so we lost the key, we deducted 300p as compensation for the key. Can you understand this?
